    Ordered window May 8, 2023 and paid half up front. Was told it would be ***** weeks to install. Called back after 18 weeks, was told it would be done in within a week or two by owner. Its now over 6 months. I call and leave messages and get no return call. I used a vacation day to drive to their Brick and mortar building, which is in a corner of a Granite store. The granite store employees said the Legend windows people had not been there in the office for at least 2-3 months. I sent them a message through Messenger also and no response. Im going to continue calling them until 1/1/2024, then I will be filing a police report.

    This is the worst experience I have ever had. I signed a contract to replace all the windows in our house in March 2023. Gave them a deposit. By ******, they were no longer responding to our phone calls or text messages. We started calling and messaging from other numbers we would get a answer and then when we tried to call them back, they wouldnt answer again And when I started looking into the company more due to the issues we were having, I saw other customers were also having a problem with them. After 34 weeks, our job is left unfinished and they have decided they no longer want to finish the job and wants us to pay for the job that they did not finish. It looks like were going to have to get attorneys involved. Only hire this company if you want lots of stress to wait extremely long for your windows, get hung up on by the owner, ****, have his dad ***** come out and threaten you because they dont want to finish the job.

    After the spring Home Builders Show I contacted one of the vendors about converting a covered patio into a sunroom. I explained my HOA requires contractors to have a ********** Business License and proof of insurance. I was assured Legend Windows would provide both. On May 10th I signed a contract with Legend Windows and paid a deposit on the job that was to be completed in 8 to 10 weeks. It has now been 21 weeks since I paid my deposit. When I called back today to check on the status of their ********** Business License and when my job would be started I was greeted on the phone with hostility, threats and more excuses. At this time I requested a refund of my deposit and informed Legend Windows I would find someone else to do the job. Needless to say the response I received was being hung up on. Unless you want to throw/give your money away stay away from Legend Windows. I wish I had seen the previous reviews for this company before I placed an order with them. Just because they are members of the Madison County ************************* does not mean they are a trust worthy business.

    On 8/30/23 I had ********************************************/Estimator/Operations Manager at Legend Windows come to my house for an interview as we were looking to replace two aluminum framed windows in our dining room. ***** did not have the professional ******************* that I was expecting. I had a long list of questions that I asked and as we got through them, I was told there was a ***** WEEK WAITING PERIOD to get these windows in. I followed up that evening by texting her to please reach out to me as I had a few additional questions. The most important question was what former companies had *****************************, *************************** and *************** been associated with. I suggest you do your research on this. I was not given the courtesy of a follow up. It is now 9/10/23 and I've had zero follow up from them. I would NOT RECOMMEND this company due to the unprofessionalism, lack of customer service and LONG wait times for **********************.
