      I am very disappointed in Hibbett sports. I ordered a pair of shoes for my wife and daughter. Today I found out my order was canceled (5 days later) & I am blocked from ordering because I may be a reseller/robot. There was no communication that the order was canceled and no rationale was provided. I spoke with customer service and all they could do is forward my account for review. I may know something in 5 days.

      went into a City Gear ************************************************************** On Mothers Day Sunday May 8,2022 between 5:15pm&5:30pm to purchase a pair of shoes before going to eat dinner.With very little womens shoes to choose from i settled on a white pair of air force 1 shadows. The sales man went to the back and came out with a box under his arm heading up to the register, i asked if i could try the shoes on, he said i dont have one like this but you can try this one on he then grabbed from the display an air force one. I tried it on it fit so i purchased the air force one shadows for $120 +tax that i couldnt try on and headed out the door got in my truck and left. As we are going down the road i relize the shoes are a half size to big so we immediately turn around and take them back to the same store i jst bought them from. My boyfriend goes in to return the shoes and comes out to tell me they dont give refunds only credit. I go in the store myself and asked ya ll dont give refunds the employee tells me no i said well you ****** told me that he then says there are signs i look up and ask where the employee then says its on ur receipt. The receipt i get after i have already paid for the shoes. By this time im late for dinner and frustrated and out of $120 + tax i take the gift card and leave. The next day i call and am told that there is a no refunds on the receipt i get after i purchase the shoes and on their website that i dont look at..it was a spur of the moment purchase that i didnt go on the website to purchase. I start looking on the website daily for shoes and find and order a pair of reeboks and nikes. I then immediately cancel the order due to a discount that i was supposed to get but didnt.They refund my credit on one digital gift card. I then reorder the same 2 pairs of shoes. When i receive them i take them out and immediately i dont like them so i put them back in the box and got the return labels emailed to me..2 different return labels addressed to two

      I have been told multiple times after a return (due to shipping to wrong address) that my full returned would be refunded (used an Amazon bough gift card that was later turned into rewards per their policy) and the full return has not been resolved. My last case number is ******* (I was told several weeks ago that the case would be resolved by cooperate in 2-3 business days. I would like you to help get my full refund please. Thanks

      On April 30, 2022 I placed an online order ( order number *************) for a pair of Air Force Ones. I paid with a gift card of $100 and then paid the difference of $6 with Apple Pay. When my shoes arrived they did not fit so I shipped them back and they received them on May 17, 2022. I waited and waited for my refund in my email and it never came. I called customer service and explained the situation. We finally figured out that because I chose to pay the difference with Apple Pay it defaulted to an email address I no longer used that was associated with my Apple Pay to send my refund even though my correct email address was on my Hibbetts account. On June 14, 2022 customer service submitted a case number ********** for them to cancel the gift card they sent to the incorrect email and send me one to my correct email address. On June 15th I received an email with a gift card number and pin for $100, not the $106 that was owed to me. I was going to just eat the $6 and went to use the gift card and no money was loaded on to it. I emailed customer service on July 8th, July 13th, July 23rd, and July 28th with no response. I called customer service one again and the representative was very helpful. She submitted a new claim that I still had not received my refund. She said it would be **** days before I heard back. It has now been over a month. This has been going on now for 6 months. They received their product back but will not refund me my money. I would appreciate all the help I can get getting this resolved. Thank you!

      I placed an order on Sunday and was told I was receive it by Thursday but when I called they told me they couldnt find the item and had to look for it and the customer service told me she couldnt cancel the order because its processing which is not true because if it was process why would they tell me they cant find it? So basically they have just been holding on to my money for a week and today is Saturday I talked to supervisor and she canceled the order but I have to wait 3 to 5 days for my money. This is not fair they have the advantage to hold peoples hard earned money for a week at a time with no consequences and then lie to people.

      I ordered a pair of sneakers I was told a certain time they was supposed to come to only find out it never shipped out then I filded a claim well was supposed to and the person on the phone never did it’s just a bunch of back in forth and still no shoes

      I placed 2 orders with hibbett sports city gear in two days. Both of which orders were canceled. I contacted them and the representative advised that they were cancelled because I was suspected of reselling their products. Prior to this I have only placed one order for a pair of black work shoes. That is a pretty strong accusation to make and nobody at hibbett could answer why or how this happened. Being accused of criminal activity isn’t something you anyone should take lightly! The company needs to fix this problem with whatever manufacturers they are using. The order was for my childrens school shoes to start school next week!

      I ordered a pair of football cleats at Hibbett online website on 7/4. Order #*************. Received confirmation of the order on 7/4 along with notification that the order was estimated to arrive 7/8. Received a further email on 7/6 that the order had shipped but when checking the status with **** tracking information it states "pre-shipment info sent **** awaits item". At **** it stated "shipping label created, **** awaiting item". Item not received as of 7/12. I called Hibbett on 7/10 and status was the same as noted above and told to wait another business day. Called again on 7/12 and status remains the same. Rather than simply refund the purchase, for an item that never was provided to **** for shipping in the first place, they want me to file a claim through Route insurance. That requires a further wait for refund per the email received from Route. It appears that Hibbett accepted payment for an online order and either did not have the item or has not held up their end of the agreement to actually ship the item. This is not a lost or stolen item but something Hibbett never actually shipped. It appears fraudulent and Hibbett should have immediately cancelled and refunded payment, as I requested on 7/12. I should not have to wait, 7 - 15 days or longer, for a refund on an insurance claim from a third party for something never shipped in the first place.

      I had 2 separate orders that I canceled within seconds of each other and Hibbett doesn’t want to give me my refund in a timely manner it’s been almost 2 weeks now going on 3 soon and if it goes over a month I will have to go to our family lawyer to resolve this situation
