      Ordered shoes from 1 store to be shipped to my house from another local store. 10 days later tracking label says **** awaiting package from Hibbett, still. I drive to the store that was shipping the shoes. They have 1 more pair in that size. They cannot give me the shoes or my money back. 10 days later my ********** shoes are in limbo, so I have to be take on all of the inconvenience for Hibbetts mistake, while hibbett figures out what happened.

      I recently ordered two products from Hibbett that equaled around $140. I received an email stating that my order was going to be delivered. I checked my leasing office's amazon room, mail room, my neighbors and no one has seen this package arrive. I put in a claim for this through their website and was denied. When I attempted to find out why my claim was denied I was told per their email: "After a thorough review conducted by our ****************** we regret to inform you that we are unable to share specific details regarding the denial of your claim. Please know that this decision has been carefully considered and is final." This is absolutely awful customer support considering when I attempted to reach out to the shipping carrier, ****** I am unable to put in a request into the investigation of where my product could possibly be because of the type of shipping that Hibbett has. Essentially, they are stealing all this money without any concern to helping the customer out. This is a warning do not waste your money with this god awful company.

      This company is phishing data from its customers. I ordered some tennis shoes from them and my order was shipped to an address i haven't lived at for over 7 years. The city renamed this street and it's no longer on ******. I have ordered from them in the past and always used my current address. So, my order was shipped and rejected by the carrier because of insufficient address. I have NEVER gave them that address nor have used that address in many years. This company is phishing information from me. Iam currently waiting on my refund. I talked to a Hibbett customer service representative that threatened to change my password to my Hibbett account. I have already documented everything and the mail carrier has this information as well.

      Easy, fast, Smooth everything. Received my order today!I see alot of negative reviews, I didn't and don't have anything negative to say. I have used them in the past too.

      Never shop with them. Giving them one more chance to see if its a legal scam. Last time was sent dirty and used items. Defective. And returns caused problems

      This is by far the most absolute worst company *** ordered from online! EVER!! They delivered the wrong item to me. I ordered Two pairs of KIDS shoes, ****** 12s in October 2024yet received a pair of all white men Air Force ones.Was instructed to go to the store to return. They gave me complete h*** at the store but finally took the incorrect item back. Im still without my kids shoes. Received partial refund, the price of the men shoe which was about the same as one of the kids sneakersbeen trying since October to get remaining balance refunded. Now Im being told since its past 60 days. They cant do anything to resolve it. *** sent several emails since October and called only to be told its being escalated.

      HIBBETT SPORT ATTEND TO GIVE OUT FALSE INFORMATION WITH THE PROMTION. THEY OFFER DEALS ONLINE FOR YOU TO SHOP AND DO IN STORE PICK UP. WHEN EVER TRYING TO PICK UP IN STORE **** WILL SHOW OUT OF STOCK. WHEN I WALK IN THE STORE THE **** BE IN THE ***** IN STOCK. THIS IS FALSE ADVERTISING. THEY OFFER 3 TO 5 DAYS FOR SHIPPING WHEN ****S ARE TAKING OVER WEEKS TO COME IN. I AM NOT HAPPY WITH COMPANY AND WILLBE SPENDING MY MONEY WITH OTHER COMPANIES. PLUS, I NEVER WIN SHOE RAFFLES.

      It is fast approaching a month and I still haven't received my online order. I ve attempted to try to resolve it via the companys virtual assistant which is not very user friendly and which is apparently not even recognizing my order number I've reached out to the courier to no avail. Speaking of courier, this appears to be part of the problem. My package has been in transit - but has not moved in over a week according to tje couriers website. I don't know who's responsible but all I know is I am extremely disappointed in the service and ease or lack thereof in receiving what I've paid for.

      Visited the ******** location ********************************************************************************** on 10/ approximately 3:51 PM. The cashier was ****** cashier number ******. She helped me with my purchase. I spent approximately $132 she was very rude. She was on the line with a female which was on speaker Female on the other end several profane words, MF , how, b**** and the cashier was like it was OK responding back to her and there was another cashier that wasnt too pleased about it and they had a conversation and she asked her. Why did she have her phone on speaker and ****** said she didnt give a F*** they had no business listening to my conversation , I was very close to telling her to never mind waiting on me. I will go somewhere else but I really wanted that garment so I went on but however, the next customer may very well say I dont want it. I dont want the purchase and thats losing money for Hibbetts Its very unprofessional and unfair to the customers to hear this type of conversation going on when youre trying to purchase something, someone needs to have a conversation with ****** because thats not acceptable and very unprofessional.
