I would give less than 1 star if I could. Got a call that I had an overdue account from 3 weeks ago from ***. I haven't even gotten the bill for that visit yet...how could it even possibly be overdue. Don't give any money to these people. I'm contacting my Senators and Representative about this matter. The fact that they have my private information about medical billing for a visit that happened less than a month ago is a federal violation. I have also contacted a lawyer.

******* made a claim against my credit for a debt. When I called to get details, **************** couldn't locate an account with my name or SSN. Now I am left disputing it with the credit bureaus while my score decreased by 30+ points!

I have been with ******** for 10 full years. I fell ill for 2 months, had surgery and got better. Called ******** to make my due payment, only to be told it was with TVC, a collection agency. I begged them to get their info so I could pay, but they said they had no information about them. Only to get a 42 decrees hit today on my credit and it's from Amsher. Amsher, I have the chicken feed of $******, stupid ******** couldn't wait to get. I need my negative score reversed or I'm suing somebody. He told me they would get it across to me in 10 business days. Today, after 3 weeks, decided to call, because I still not gotten it. in the mail as promised. The First **** who was on the call tried to read me their stupid 'this is a call to collect a debt', b.tch I called you. Well, she said there was no request for validation on my account. and started cajoling me to make a quick payment. Like I don't know how credit works. I quickly started recording the call. I made her repeat her statement and when she repeated no validation was sent, I let her know she was on a recorded line too. The next thing, this manager came charging on the phone like a bull with no *****. The call went from 0 to 100. I wasn't backing down for no one. He admitted that the original amount owed was ****** and not ****** as they reported, but said there was a collection fee of 29 dollars. My information too were wrong. And again I asked; where can I get the validation so I can make a full payment. He started forcing me to make the payment, like right away, and they would reverse my credit immediately. I said, sir, that isn't happening. Send the validation first. I ain't making no payment to a scammer and not to a company I had no business with in the first place. It got heated and he was so rude, he hurried off the phone. Telling me to go and request it online. I've been on their site for 5 minutes looking for where I could make the request and nowhere it said validation request. I'm confused.

Surprise surprise, a ******** charge that I have no idea what it is. I only deal with the other 2 telecommunications services so I have no idea what this could be. I'm sure it's incorrect just like ALL the other similar complaints. How these people stay in business I have no idea.

I think this is a scam. Its clear the so called collection account on my credit is fraudulent. Initially I felt they were helping until they were sending me contracts to sign and taking my credit card to supposedly remove items off my credit report and dispute this fraudulent account, they charged $400 and took advantage of me. Im currently asking for a refund.

I signed up for tmobiles month to month no contract plan. After surprise billing and overcharging I decided to cancel. After I cancelled they raised my bill to 745 and sent it to Amsher collection services who are not authorized to have my social security number or any of my personal details. I will not be paying fraudulent charges.

I just found out today that my old ******** account was turned over to Amsher. I called and got *************************** on the phone. She was so pleasant and respectful. I feared talking to them and getting someone that would be mean and nasty. She was nice even when i said the amount was higher than it should have been. She explained to me why and was very helpful. In the end i paid it off. She was amazing !!

I believe this company is a scam. I would not pay them any money. If you truly owe money to a company, call the company. Do not contact these people.

Got a txt message saying i didn't respond to a letter. What letter? Called, transferred 4 times. The wanted my info, but if they knew my phone number and my address they had a huge 'ol chunk of my info. I repeatedly told them I wanted proof of the debt. I wanted proof that they had legal ownership of this debt. Each of the...you guess it, four times I made this request they transferred me to another,,,whatever they call themselves. I will now try to find a working email. I will contact my BBB and Alabama's BBB and check with both states if this is simply another scam. If they contact you? If you have access to a lawyer, lawyer up. They've already contacted the credit folks and this contacting/reporting that negatively impacts your score, can not be removed. I'm on disabiliy. No assets, except my 14 year old dog. They, until they prove it to me, in writing, with letters from whoever was supposed to have sold the "debt", until then? They are frauds.
