    I just had a terrible experience with a Terreece representative over the phone. She kept talking over me and wouldn't take my credit card number over the phone as she kept saying she didn't hear it because she was talking. **************** is everything, even for a collection agency. First of all it has been 5 years since our business was using T-moble. Secondly, why inform me now? I tried to call for the first time last month and they hung up on me just because I didn't want to verify my last 4 social (which is a business so why my person social verification). Today, I received a message from a ************** that I was taken to collections. They hung up on me! Now, I tried to talk and she kept talking over me. I would give them a big goose egg 0 if I could. Hopefully my review brings their B rating to a C! They should fire ********!

    Called and threatened my father they were going to serve him with paperwork for me if I didn't call back. Called Spoke to *************************** who then gave me the wrong social and old addresses I have had and employers! The debt was from over 10 years ago and were trying to say it was recent. Advised I would be served and sued in court. This company uses bullying tactics and scare tatics to try to get you to pay for a not valid debit!

    False reporting to credit agencies is a crime and this company needs to be held accountable. I have asked for and never received any proof of this debt. I paid this bill at time of services and have proof. But AMSHER does not care. They just want the percentage of the debt for false collecting.They called me names and posted a false statement on my credit report. There has to be a law they are breaking by doing so.Any business who is thinking about using them, think twice.

    Unfortunately, we were unable to address your issues and concerns as stated in this review because we do not have the specific details needed to investigate and/or to remove the original creditor's trade line from your credit reports.  Please be advised, AmSher does not tolerate unprofessional behavior and again, we do not have enough location information to review the call that is in question.  If your concerns have not yet been resolved, please submit your concerns directly through the BBB portal to obtain written reply back from AmSher after the investigation has been completed.

    I'm not surprised at all to see so many 1 star reviews. I'm in 60's and have never in my life been turned into collections. Ever!!!I have always had excellent credit and then along comes AmSher.The proof is in the pudding here!I went thru pure H*** starting with Dirty DISH!I owe them absolutely nothing! Never got the service to work properly. I tried several times to cancel the services after a short few wks. They had me in tears with their rudeness. And held off deliberately past 30 days so they could try to get me to pay a early cancelation fee.I learned from previous employees and through research. This was their tactic because DISH lost billions in customers the previous 2 yrs. I don't owe them and promised them they'd never get a dime from me. They sent me to collections. Failed and then AmSher BUYS the acct. They claim they don't do this. Yes they DO! So I often pay my bills in advance as I don't like debt or bills. This is why I have excellent credit. My kids have learned the same. I am now paying credit Pros to go after them. An unnecessary amount of money I shouldn't have to spend! If AmSher doesn't get in gear and remove this very fraudulent collection from my report. Guess I'll lawyer up!This company is full of unprofessional people.I used to want to work for a collection agency yrs ago because I see no reason why a person shouldn't pay their debt. It's like don't spend the $ if ya don't have it! But I could never work for a *** with such horrible reviews and all below 2 star reviews. All earned.I do not owe dish anything but maybe a lawsuit!No good citizen that has never been late on bills and has excellent credit should ever go through this. Or treated like a common criminal. Morally wrong on all levels and beyond unprofessional. A bunch of greedy money hungry wolves

    First time they called me, I clearly told them I closed that account they mentioned I was having balance and I told them I paid all balance I had. They still put collection on my credit report of an account I already closed and paid all balance. They are not honest and don't care about *************** health, all they care is to get money in fraudulent way or they will hurt you greatly; which they did to me but thanks god, I didn't give up to fight for myself and finale I deleted those collection account they create on my credit report. People please fight for your right!

    I just got an email saying that I owe money for a ******** bill that was already paid when I cancelled my service. The lady from ******** told me everything was settled and that I dont owe anything so this account is bogus and fraudulent. I want this account off my credit report. I have not received anything from ******** or these people since my service was cancelled back in August saying I owe anything and then comes this random email today saying I owe money. Absolutely not!

    I was contacted by the so-called receivable company called Amshe. They were very aggressive and said I old for a I watch from 2021. I asked them to give me the credit card or bank card they did I dont have a bank card in which they mentioned in fact I bought two watches that year one for me and one for, my wife fully paid off I have documents to prove it . Somehow they got my Social Security number and attached it to some bogus ******** account in which I never bought a I watch from ********. I bought two from Apple and I tried to tell gentlemen please provide me the name on the card and the bank, which it is affiliated with. He got very irate and started calling me names this group are a mob style, aggressive entity, *********** on the public and give false information and in return hopefully get some money in return my strong army, the public. Im going to contact the state attorney generals office in Alabama and give them the BBB review for this group as soon as possible.

    Im not liable for this debt with AMSHER COLLECTION SERVIC. I dont have a contract with AMSHER COLLECTION SERVIC to collect and report this to my credit report. I did not sign any paperwork with AMSHER COLLECTION SERVIC. AMSHER COLLECTION SERVIC did not provide me with the original contract as requested.

    I have a fraudulent account opened in my name with this company. I want this fraudulent account removed from my credit report. I have never had an account with ******** nor had any cell phone services in over 20 years.
