      I put their purification system on my house. One month later water pressure regulator went out. Their technician came out and put an old one on my house. Water was dripping around regulator. After spending 890 dollars on a plumber to resolve the problem. Everyone avoided my phone calls at company. Please do not buy any of their purification systems. They calm there is a warranty with the purchase. The company does not honor the warranty.

      We are new to our ******** system and are impressed and satisfied. From our water testing and in-home consultation, to our installer- who went above & beyond, and lastly, a couple days later, a satisfaction visit, to ensure the install was successful, see how we liked it and if we had questions.They are a great team and appreciate the thoroughness of the entire project! We are looking forward to a lifetime of clean and soft water!!

      I love my RainSoft system! It does everything the technician said it would. Ive had mine for over 20 years with very minimal maintenance required. My salesperson, *****, was fantastic! She was very knowledgeable and took time to explain everything in detail. I would highly recommend RainSoft to everyone!!!

      ******** sent them out to fix a leak in the faucet of our ** system and to change the filters. We were charged $348. He did not put the ** system back under our sink the way it was, left a puddle of water in my wood cabinet, left all the items that were under my sink on my kitchen floor.
