      I called in to get my filters changed and he was there at my house within half an hour! He was so personable and so knowledgeable, and I was so pleased with the service.

      ******* came out to the house to do the install, and what was scheduled for an hour took 4. Not because of the lack of care, but the opposite. ******* never once cut a corner or took the easy path, but rather the highest ******************** with the highest level of professionalism. The tanks look incredible, as if they were installed during the home construction. The line out for drainage is seamless and almost impossible to see. He cleaned everything up and triple checked everything before giving it the thumbs up. If more companies had this guy's level of professionalism, the world would be a better place. Definitely recommend him again!

      The plumber was very nice. Did an excellent job. Was on time for the job and even took care of a leak that I didnt even know I had for no extra charge while installing our new filtration system. We appreciate ****** very much and would recommend him for anybody to do plumbing work

      ***** was very good to communicate and work with our schedule, he had a very competent plumber come the same day and install the equipment. We are very happy with the water purification system and the installation. High quality!!

      This company is a huge scam.They roped ** in with promises of gift cards, and when the system was out of our budget promised us promos that made up the difference. Once they installed (the system itself works great) it became clear that the promos were not as promised and thus the system was unaffordable, and we had also had the time to research and find SO MANY RED FLAGS and alternative systems literally 1/6 the price for basically the exact same system.When we decided to cancel our contract they did everything they could to redirect, gaslight, delay, avoid written confirmations, and pressure to keep us from canceling, but we managed to get out after several days of actively calling and emailing to make sure the cancellation was actually being pushed through.Look into alternatives if you want a water filtration system, because the system itself works great, but steer clear of this train wreck of a company.As a note, here are the 3 different company names they use to mask bad reviews (**********************, Pure Water **** Alabama Energy Water and Air)Here's a summary of the red flags we encountered:- Numerous business names - High pressure and predatory sales tactics (fearmongering, FOMO, no time to research alternatives or verify claims, "but wait there's more")- the referral system is an MLM and designed to entrap more customers by getting their friends to recommend them - they'll try to get away with shorting you on the gift card deals that hook you in at the beginning - The promos are completely misrepresented - they only give you 3 days to change your mind and back out - they install the system almost immediately so you feel obligated to keep it - they gaslight, manipulate, and delay to try to keep you from second guessing them - they misdirect, lie, and delay to prevent you from actually being able to follow through if you do decide to back out - they avoid putting anything in writing unless you push them for it
