    I placed an order on May 17th, given an estimated delivery of May 29th.
    On May 24th, I received an email saying they just came up with a proof I needed to approve. I approved it on May 24th, and was given a 2nd estimated delivery date to be by June 9th.
    Never received my order by June 9th, so I sent them an email that day asking for delivery information as they never even sent me a tracking number ID yet. No response back. I called multiple times & left voicemails on June 12th, no answers or call back returning my voicemail.
    Called again June 13th, and finally got ahold of someone after calling a few times. She gave me the run around about the delivery date, and said a tracking ID would be emailed when they were finishing with my order. So it's already been past 2 estimated delivery dates, and they still never started the order, or gave any sort of heads-up that their dates would be waaaay off than what was promised???
    She then sent me an email later that day stating the order is estimated to ship on or AROUND June 20th-27th????
    In the email it also "suddenly" stated that their turnaround time is 13-25 bussiness days. (Even if that was legitimate and they left that information out when originally ordering, we're still way past that time frame now)
    When originally placing ny order, I was expected to get it May 29th, then June 9th, and now sometime between the 20th-27th. I still haven't received tracking ID, so there's no way I'm getting my order anytime soon. I emailed them again on Junen28th, to say how ridiculous this has been and to request a refund at this point, and I still haven't been acknowledged through email, nor over the phone
    I ordered these way in advance and went by their estimated delivery dates to have them in time for an event. Since I clearly still don't have them, I had to order more from another company and have them rush-shipped.
    Terrible communication, terrible customer service.
    It is now July 7th, & still nothing.

    Buyer beware. One order came in misprinted. Called multiple times as well as mulitple emails sent. No help and no correction. Circle logo was an oval on the shirt. Second shirt order said it was being delivered on June 2. No update, June 2 came and no shirts or tracking number. **************** said if I wanted them within the next two week it would be $199 fee. Yes, two weeks after the date they were to be delivered. STAY AWAY!!!

    I ordered shirts for my son in one hat.And they came very quickly with beautiful workmanship. The reviews don't equal the customer service etc that I experienced. They did a good job, and they tolerated me changing the colors of the shirts etc. several times and the lettering colors etc. They were most pleasant people to deal with. And I am going to order more hats and shirts from them.

    5Boys Apparel LLC will take your payment and send you nothing in return. Unprofessional and completely rude attitude when you ask them a question. They're a total waste of your time and energy and create a lot of stress.
    I placed a $500 order with 5Boys Apparel based on an Facebook ad they were running for shirts. On their website FAQs where it says, "HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?" they state, "orders can take between 17 and 25 business days to be shipped from our facility". However in reality it takes much longer as I waited 35 business days after my artwork was approved and I didn't receive so much as an email or even a canned message about any kind of delay. Once I read other people with similar complaints about not receiving their orders I decided to open a dispute with my credit card company. 5Boys Apparel LLC didn't even have the decency to respond to the dispute so I had to wait a bit longer but at least I was able to get my money back. They never contacted me or apologized. I guess it was my fault for trying to do business with them. Then I made a couple of comments to other people commenting on their social media page and they blocked me. If they'll ghost you on a $500 paid order imagine what they would do if you had an issue with your order?

    Awful company! Ordered 100 shirts that showed up 6 weeks late and nearly every shirt was stained and nearly 2" shorter in length than same brand of shirts from another suppluier. Looked like the dye wasn't applied properly and appeared to have a wet splotchy look. I complained via email several times and sent pictures with the issues. They offered a discount on another order but the 100 shirts I'm stuck with. Why would i order more shirts and risk them being defective as well. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE and they are selling a subpar product and ripping people off.

    I wish I can rate them with a minus not even one star We ordered sweaters for a charity event, after 6 weeks of back and forth of correcting their mistakes for the design, it was time for the event to happen, so the company advised us to expedite the shipment by paying $99 to guarantee the arrival of the shipment on time , unfortunately we never received the shipment, It has been 3 weeks trying to speak with a manager to refund the money and the shipment, no one had called back, ***** the receptionist kept saying she is overwhelmed and she is the only one handling the phones and manager will call , they never did.the company is not honest and the staff is rude and I do believe they should be shut down for their dishonest services and for the theft

    If i could leave zero stars i certainly would. Ordered shirts this past summer, took over 2 months to get them. When we finally received them, we were shorted shirts, and quantities on sizes were wrong. Requested a refund for shirts missing, or to send the shirts back and a full refund. In accordance to their policy, they were supposed to issues a refund promptly when they received the shirts back. Took 2 weeks to get a shipping label for us to send the shirts back. They received the shirts in October, and here we are the end of November and are still waiting on a refund. Had to file a dispute with our bank, which 5Boys now wants us to drop so they can issue a refund. Stay away from this company. They don't respond timely, they don't answer their phones when you call, and customer service leaves little to be desired.

    My logo on my last 2 ordered was mess up. I called them so many times and they never call back. I texted them but never respond. I am willing to reorder my shirts for a discounted price to make it right but they just keep ignoring. They have a poor customer service and they are not going to respond to fix the issue. Also there is another issue. My last order was keep re-deliver within 5 days due to they did not put my correct address on my order makes the package undeliverable for 5 days. Luckily i open my enail and i saw all the messages from *** that *** will deliver my package on a different location. So i went ti *** online to fix my address and i called them the next day make sure my package will not be delivered on the wrong address. I think this company is a scam. Good price with free shipping but the material, paint and sizing is horrible and they cant be contacted. ****** is a lier and will ignore you. All they do is take your money.. stay away from this company not worthed

    I ran into the same issue, where they gave me an expected ship date, and when I reached out to check on things, they told me that the actual ship date was as long as three weeks after the estimated date they gave. Small shop or not, the lack of communication or the misleading information is enough for me to take my business elsewhere in the future.
