    Ordered shirts from 5boys apparel on ************** T shirts for $382.10 Artwork was approved on April 12th 2025. Customer due date was *******. Invoice was paid in full and still have not received this order as of 06-22-2025. Ive reached out to the company numerous times to check order status and have yet to hear back.

    I placed an order on April 25 2025. Have still not received the merchandise as of yet. Has missed 3 ship dates. **************** is extremely hard to contact, usually will not return emails or calls. ****** wasted! Feels like possible scam.

    A box of T-shirts we ordered was lost by *** (tracking # provided above). **** was supposed to mail out a replacement box of T-shirts, the week of May 7th. Nothing was ever mailed out. I would like either a refund or the T-shirts we ordered and did not receive.

    Order Date: 04/18/2025 Due Date: 05/9/2025 (As Stated On The Invoice)Missed our event. Order is no longer needed. We had called their **************** on May 12th were told by ****** that the order would ship the next week. It did not. We called today (06/10/2025) and **************** admitted the order had not been produced yet. We were offered an in-house credit which we refused. We were told she would talk to management and they would get back to us, but we don't believe that will happen. The order was due on May 9th. It's now June 10th with nothing to show for it on their end. We would like a full refund so we can move on.

    Ordered April 16, 100 shirts. Was told it was a ***** biz day lead time. Called at that point just to get an update. Was told they were shipping in a few days. Called the following week, no response no call back . Called again no response no callback. Opened 3 issue tickets no response no return email.

    The order I received had multiple issues but most noticeably shorts were the incorrect size - much shorter than shirt specs. 5Boys agreed to refund my money upon return. They provided return shipping labels, and I returned all items in a timely fashion. Unfortunately, they never refunded my money and stopped responding to my inquiries for updates.

    I placed an order in October of 2024 (after a long process of getting order/logo correct).... I even paid a crazy amount of ****** to get the shipment expedited (because it took so long to get order correct. The order arrived minus 50 long sleeve shirts. The items that did arrive were not the shirts that were ordered or indicated on invoice. Specifically, I ordered 'soft style shirts' .... most of the shirts that were sent were 100 percent cotton....the shirts were all different brand types. I was also trying to use one of their advertised specials but they did not include.I called and they said they would investigate missing items and had no response of why the items delivered were different from those ordered. After numerous unanswered emails and calls.... they said they would refund me for the missing items. I still have not received the refund and the company will not answer my emails. Someone 'accidently' called me back because they thought I was a prospect customer. After I mentioned my situation, I was told 'someone would get back with me'. No refund and no more communication

    I originally ordered staff shirts for my businesses, Oh Happy Day Booth and *********** from 5Boys on Feb 7, 2024, spending $1,004.59. After placing the order, I requested a change to the ***************** and canceled the Oh Happy Day Booth shirts. Delays in communication led to the cancellation request being processed late, and I was only offered an account credit instead of a full refund.After receiving the shirts on April 11, staff began reporting peeling and cracking after washing (Apr 16 - May 5). I sent photo evidence on May 18, and the merchant admitted the shirts had not fully cured but offered no resolution beyond noting it for future ********* May 26, I had lost confidence in their quality and requested a full refund or a full reprint. On May 29, they offered either a 15% refund, 30% store credit, or a full reprint if I returned the shirts. I opted to return them for a reprint but later decided I wanted a full refund instead, as I no longer trusted their product.The process dragged on for months:July 8: They finally provided a return label.Aug 23: I confirmed I was missing a few shirts from former employees but returned the rest.Oct 1 - Nov 9: I followed up repeatedly, as they failed to acknowledge the return.Nov 9 - Dec 23: They claimed the refund was issued on Nov 22, but I never received it. Despite sending multiple transaction history screenshots, they failed to provide proof of processing.After being ignored for weeks, I escalated my request on Dec 23, making it clear their delays and lack of resolution were unacceptable. They responded with another vague promise to check in with the refund team, but no resolution has been provided. I tried disputing the charge with my bank but it is past the deadline. As of today I have not received a response from 5Boys. At this point, I simply want my full refund for the shirts and the outstanding credit, as their handling of this issue has been entirely unprofessional.

    Incorrect Shirt Color > You will notice in the attached violet variance photo the drastic color difference from what was displayed on the website from the shirt I received. You will also noticed the shirts I received were ****** brand and not the ****** brand that was ordered. Maybe this is what caused the violet variance, but due to extreme difference in color, our company will not be able to use these 8 shirts and therefore I would like our money back for these garments.Missing Items > The order included (among other things) four 2XL Khaki color shirts with black ink. I received one shirt in this size and a total of 88 garments. Logo Placement > The logo on the back of the shirts was placed too high. You will see in the below proof, the logo is centered between the upper and lower sleeve seem (indicated by the yellow dots). However, the logo on the garments we received are in the top fifth of this area. This results in the garments looking unpresentable from the rear. Logo ***************** > The size of the logo on all garments were the same, not scaled to fit the size of the garment. You will notice in the below proof, the logo spans over half the distance from sleeve seam to sleeve seam. However, the garments we received span approximately 1/3 of this distance. This could be a result of the logo placement being too high, but it is difficult to tell. The result is the garments looking unpresentable from the rear. This too (like my complaint in the logo placement) is more evident the larger the garment size and is noticeably awkward in sizes XL, 2XL, and 3XL

    In the attached e-mail thread I contacted the seller to address the same three concerns I included in my complaint to the BBB. The seller responded to my concerns as follow:

    -- Incorrect Shirt Color  & Missing Items > Offered an $85 refund or $125 credit

    -- Logo Placement & Logo Size/Distortion > Stated it appears the size and placement were printed as appeared and informed the same print sizing is used for all prints regardless of the shirt size.

    I responded to the seller accepting a $85 refund to resolve my concerns of missing garments and incorrect colors. I also stated I disagreed with the sellers conclusion of the logos "appearing" to be placed as they were approved as the printing on the products I received is not located in the same location as the proof I approved (as seen in the photos I provided).   I also raised the concern the seller advertises a satisfaction guarantee and that I am not satisfied.  

    After sending this response I did not hear back from the seller and received a refund of $60.  I believe a fair compromise is for a total refund of $270 of which I have received $60.  I calculated this by adding

    -- The full cost of the three missing garments

    -- The full cost of the 8 miss colored garments

    -- Half the cost of the 50 additional garments I am dissatisfied with due to distorted printing and their unprofessional appearance

    Ordered shirts for my small business. After a week or more of delays on delivery we finally received them. Noticed they missed some spacing between characters. I would prefer a refund or something close to that. If I dont get resolve I will need to file a dispute with my bank and seek small claims.
