      ***** ******* and his team were absolutely incredible. They were fast and handled my items with the utmost care. Would definitely recommend them for any moving needs!

      Coleman moving company through Allied Van Lines packed and moved me on August 27th and 28th. AL-****** is the file number on my move. As there were a few hiccups that arose, I chalked those up to moving as I have done many times, However, there has been fraudulent activity that I have now patiently expressed to both Coleman and Allied with no resolution or resolution date. I have expressed this issue with the mover, my moving coordinator, another customer support person at ******************** and a customer support person with ********************. All have told me they will look into it. I was charged $624.37 for a shuttle service which is when the movers use a smaller truck to pack your items and then transport the items to a bigger truck before delivery. A different truck was not used, my items were never moved one truck to another and this was verified by my coordinator ******* with the packer/driver himself. I have had to reach out and ask about this a number of times and all I'm told is they're looking into. It has now been over a week and I have no resolution. They are scam artists, they charged me for something that wasn't used - this is fraudulent and I will be disputing the move with my ********** as well. I am writing this review so other movers can know about the fraudulent activity this company partakes in.

      Great service from the bid to delivery. I would not hesitate to use them again. Our driver **** was amazing! Look no further for a moving company. May cost a bit more but worth every *****!

      Coleman arrived the night before our move, July 14th, to survey the household items. Something that was supposed to take 30 minutes took nearly 2 hours as they began disassembling furniture then. They nearly disrupted dinner. The morning of the move they arrived on time. However, they left our home messy with packaging tape and packaging wrap scraps all over the home. They had to get an overflow truck. That truck has yet to arrive on August 5th, 2024. The first truck arrived on July 21, 2024. We have not heard anything from Coleman since last week and do not know where our remaining items are and when they will arrive. Communication is lacking and we cannot put our sofa together until parts arrive or function completely without these remaining items.

      Saatva selected this company to deliver a replacement mattress under warranty. somehow our phone number was scrambled between satva and coleman. as a result on Wednesday they pulled up to my house and drove off. they're supposed to call 30 minutes ahead but apparently called just as they were coming up the block and found they had a wrong number and left. straightened out the phone number with both Saatva and Coleman on Thursday and was promised delivery this evening and according to tracking they bypassed us again. this is not a reliable company.

      I am unhappy b/c although it was on my contract that items was in the attic I had to continue move coordinator ******************* to come get the items as the driver said they were notified the week prior of liability issues. Well they had my money so ***** the driver got the items. ******************* said they could not go in the attic& I told her it was on my survey, *************** had my money. The rude worker ****** complained about sunken boxes in the attic, asked to put water in my disconnected fridge,& told me to clean up water from moving the fridge. I told the driver of his rudeness. The movers removed the front door& did not re-align it properly so now the key does not work I. the top lock as beforehand. I contacted **** when I found out& he connected me to the claims folks. Well someone finally contacted me for a picture & explained I would send it, but the door looks fine, but the alignment is off& the top lock does not work since the movers removed the door. It worked fine beforehand. I told her she could contact me to schedule a time to show someone the top lick does not work w/ the key too. Well this morning ************************* finally responded & said a picture would do. I was on my way to take a picture45 minute drive& she emailed denying the claim saying nothing was in the pick up documents about the door& the notification took a week. I told her nobody lived there& I informed them when I found out& the documents was not emailed to me until after my delivery ******* was awful w/ responding to email& did not even give the claim an opportunity. The employees that need customer service training are: ******, *******************,& *************************. They need it desperately. Oddly, I did not receive a review email so I took upon myself to do one anyway. I only gave 1 star b/c I had to; to process this review.

      This is the worst moving company I have dealt with for my military move I wasn't going to leave a review because while they were inexperience they were nice but after leaving my door and gate openI wide open I will tell you from start to finish what went wrong ********************* guy if I remember correctly came with another ***************** first off they used the wrong restroom then ***** decides to take a s*** that's the only thing he could have been doing it doesn't take a man over 20 minutes to pee i was waiting the whole time timing when he would come out thought it was rude to go s*** in your customers house anywas he comes out leaves my bathroom door completely open hes an idiot I have twins toddlers walking around causing my son to go play in the toilet water why would you leave the door open idiot while in the house ***** other guy leaves my slide door open causing my child to fall luckily he wasn't seriously hurt he wasn't even out side the patio area at the time so why leave the door open when there's babies around anywas packing I felt like they could have finish faster but ***** was mostly doing the work I'm guessing ***** is suppose to be in charge because ***** spoke no English I told ***** things didn't want packed needed to be left out only for him not to rely message to ***** who packed up things that was told by ***** not to be packed luckily I double checked the cabinets found items not taking out had to tell him several times to check the cabinets properly 1st day was packing took total off 2 days I've never experience before 2nd day told were coming at 2 didnt come until 3:18 came back with with 3 other people to help move furniture out another guy took a dumped very disgusted I believe if I wasnt alone if my husband was with me they would never have done that just disappointed they left all the boxes for me to clean a mother with twins to deal with horrible military move service very unprofessional

      I have moved many times over the years, some of those were Corporate moves using Allied *** Lines but using them for a personal move was completely different. I told them they would need a smaller truck to deliver my household items and was promised they would send the small one, but they loaded onto a large truck which means they would have to offload and move the items to a smaller truck, I was not pleased with this arrangement. Delivery day came per the contract, I did not hear from the driver nor the "relocation specialist". I called the person assigned to me, and she was not aware that the truck had not left *****. I called back later to find out what was up, and she said they did not have a driver to deliver my furniture. At this point I also contacted the sales rep, who sent a generic reply. I called again over the next two days (she never called me) and was told they finally found a driver who could deliver my items 8 days later. Wow - on top of this there was no apology or any sign of remorse, for my inconvenience. I told them I was sleeping on the floor and that did not elicit a response. My furniture arrived 8 days later, but they had not informed the driver that he would have to offload (even though I made everyone aware of it!). Consequently, they did not start unloading at my residence until 3:30 pm. They were in a hurry because it was so late, things were falling out of the truck and onto the ground. The leg of my front room end table was broken, the driver said if it was precious to me, he could fix it. I told him yes; I wanted it fixed. He put a s**** in the top of my end table after drilling several holes!! ****. There was a significant amount of damage to other pieces also. They finished around 8:30 pm and good riddance. Then I get a text asking me to rate them - and they were hoping I would give them a good review. Ha Ha Ha! I will never use Coleman Allied *** Lines again and I hope others think twice before using them.

      From the beginning of our journey ***** was amazing and on top of everything and every question we had ..and he spoke so highly of the company...he is the ultimate professional.. Then ***** and his crew arrived.. all I can say is this one one of the best moves ...***** was amazing from start to finish ... I highly recommend this company ...
