      Communication was excellent, and when I had to call to change a delivery date, I got through to a real human quickly. I am extremely disappointed, however, that the thick plastic that wrapped my mattresses ripped in shipping, leaving a large dirt smudge on the new mattress. The printed material / warranty information packaged with the mattress was also lost--perhaps through the same rip in the plastic. The two delivery men explained the warranty info was identical to what I had via email, and so I didn't see that as a problem. Though we walked around the mattress together, before they left, it was positioned so I did not see the 7-inch dirt smudge until after they left and asked me to sign a release form. I'm not impressed at all with how the mattress damage was handled.

      ************, ****** and ****** helped me move Friday and they were great! Everyone was friendly went above and beyond to help me and my family move into our new home. It went faster then I imagined too. When I move again Ill be back. Thank you!

      This was a great moving experience for me. Everything they promised was delivered with prompt communication, follow- up and assurances. The day of moving was seamless, with great attention to protecting my furniture and fragile items. On the receiving end ( California to ******), the driver was on time, worked quickly with a helper and it was done in 2 hours. I highly recommend this company and am fully satisfied.

      Estimator was very professional and accommodating. He made changes as needed without hesitation. He and the coordinator arranged for me to have one truck, one load, which was very much appreciated. Pack crew and drivers were very careful and fast. They did a great job! No furniture or property was broken or damaged. I would recommend for long distance moves!

      Movers did a fine job and without a scratch on any furniture piece. Office personnel were courteous and helpful people. It was my best move.

      Worst experience with a company I have ever had. Received an estimate for my move that was weight based. The estimated weight was nearly 25% higher than the actual weight, and the company would not estimate my invoice to reflect the actual weight of my move without escalating the issue and being very persistent. In the meantime, there was extensive damage to many items that were moved some items were crushed, many clothes became molded after being sealed in a wooden container that retained moisture despite supposedly being in climate controlled storage for 10 days. I was not able to file a damages claim until the invoice was paid in full. The third-party claims company, Eagle Claims, is owned by Coleman Worldwide, so hardly impartial. They offered me $250 payment despite damages resulting in losses over 10x that amount. When I disputed this the company simply stopped responded to my inquiries. My wife and I also lost two fulls days of productivity over the estimated move time because the moving crew was late each day, ended their days early without completing their tasks and without notifying us just leaving without notice. Just when I thought this nightmare interaction with this company was over, I receive a collections notice for the full cost of the move in the mail 9 months after my move and 6 months after paying the invoice in full. Obviously the company is not only poorly run and poorly organized with their book keeping, but their practices are without any sense of integrity or accountability. Please think twice before hiring Coleman Worldwide for a move.

      Lets start at end. We just received a bill from Coleman/Allied for some $2100.00 listed as Misc. Our last contact was 2yrs. ago. Lots of phone calls occurred and we ended up sending them what they wanted. Two years earlier, Coleman/Allied were contracted by us to move our household and a car from ****** to ********. The household delivery was a week late and the car was two weeks late. Lots of trouble for us. Many excuses and apologies from them. We had to meet the car delivery truck in another city. He had gotten lost and spoke no english. As we unpacked everything, we found items missing, as well as items damaged. So....$23000.00 for the move. Crazy right? The guys who unloaded us here thought so. Stay away from these guys. You will regret it if you don't.

      I hired Coleman Movers, associated with Allied Moving, to transport my belongings from ******, **, to **********, **. My delivery window was Jan *****th on all documentation. I emailed *********************, my move coordinator, on 1/10/24 to confirm that 1/13 was my delivery day - but I got no response. I spoke to *************************** and asked for a status update on my items, and she said they were on the way but delayed due to the weather. Iaskedwhat weather they were referring to, as I just made the trip in my car. Then she admitted that my belongings were still in the Plano warehouse and never got picked up. Finally, my itemswere deliveredon Jan 15th, 2024. I opened my boxes and found damaged items. The claims group Sirva tried to tell me they don't cover any boxes I packed myself and then conveniently didn't want to cover any of the damage done to items they had packed.Moststressful move I have ever had to date.Pick someone else.
