      This collection from **** CRD was not authorized to be on my credit report. This is fraudulent and a violation of my consumer rights and I demand this account to be removed. Im not liable for this debt. It says it was opened on 10/2023 for $1,843 with account numbers starting with *************** remove this collection ASAP and cease all communication or I will file a CFPB and FTC report.

      Letter was sent to consumer 10/23/23 to the address listed in this complaint with no response.  Inbound call 8/23/24 person claiming to be consumer set up promise to pay on account.  Inbound call 9/6/24 person claiming to be consumer paid the account in full.  The information will be updated on our next regular reporting date.

No address provided.  Account listed with *************************/23.  Letters have been sent to consumer.  EOSCAR dispute 05/03/24.  We sent validation of account to address used in complaint.  The validation was mail returned to us.  We have the information requested and will mail it to the consumer when we are given the address.  We have marked the account as disputed until we have the information to reply to the consumers request for validation.

      We obtained an updated address from a new EOSCAR dispute.  The address was updated and the itemized billing was mailed out for the second time.  The address it was mailed to was not in ***  The account has been marked to report as disputed.  If the consumer is in **, and wishes to provide that address, we wil be happy to remail to that address.  The contract would be between the consumer and who they owe, not Holloway Credit Solutions.

      THIS ACCOUNT HAS BEEN IN OUR OFFICE SINCE 01/19.  WE HAVE SPOKEN WITH THIS CONSUMER AND THE ACCOUNT WAS NOT DISPUTED.  WE HAVE MAILED 3 LETTERS TO THIS ADDRESS AND DID NOT RECEIVE A DISPUTE.  I HAVE MARKED THE ACCOUNT AS DISPUTED TODAY AND ORDERED VALIDATION OF THE BALANCE.  THAT WILL BE MAILED TO THE CONSUMER WHEN RECEIVED IN OURR OFFICE.

      This account listed with us 11/14/22.  The validation notice was mailed to the same address used on this complaint 11/17/22.  We have had no direct contact with this consumer.  The contract will be between the consumer and the person they owe, not with us.  no validation of this debt has been requested.  We have marked the account to report as disputed.  We will mail validation out today.

      Holloway Credit Solution has no right to report any debt in my name. i have no contract with this company with my signature on it. if they cannot produce a contract, i need this removed from my credit report. Pursuant to 18 USC 8, I owe no debt. amount i'm being reported is $1,290.

      We sent two letters to this same address in 2020 with no response.  We called the telephone number listed on this complaint and spoke to someone that identified themselves as this consumer in 2020 and was told they had our letter and would take care of it that way.  No other contact has been made with this consumer and no validation has been requested.  The information will be requested today and sent to the consumer when received.  The contract is with our client, not with us.  I have marked the account as disputed.
