We originally had the address used in this complaint. We had mailed two letters to this address with no response. We received two EOSCAR disputes using an address on ***************** in ********** **. We marked the account disputed and mailed the requested information to the consumer. This came back as a mail return. Today, we have put the original address back on the account and remailed the requested information to the consumer. The account is already reporting as disputed. The information mailed to the consumer contains a ledger card of the account, the information sheet signed by the consumer agreeing to pay collection fees, and a copy of the drivers license used at the time of service.

Account listed with us 01/12/21 with the same address listed on this complaint. We mailed a letter 1/18/21 and another 2/18/21. They were not mail returned and no response was received from the consumer. An EOSCAR dispute was received 9/11/23 disputing the accuracy of information. We verified demographics and balance due with our client. We received an inbound call from the consumer 11/29/23 from the telephone number listed on this complaint asking if the client would take a settlement. The account is marked to report as disputed. We will mail the electronically signed documents and a breakdown of charges and payments to the consumer today.

The account has been located under a different name that was not provided in this complaint.
An itemized billing along with signed contract and copies of identification used will be mailed to the consumer today. I see where the balance was disputed in 2019 and the balance was confirmed with the client, an adjustment was made, and the account was marked disputed. We have no record of a request for a signed document until now.

I am constantly receiving phone calls from these people. I have already called them twice and inform them that the person they are looking for is not me and please take me off their calling list they still have not done so although they said that they would.Business Response
