  I've purchased from several different **** on TikTok. Never disappointed. Jewelry arrived just as described. Always with a sweet little note or token of appreciation. I love my Bomb Party surprises. I change up my look every day. Earrings, bracelets, necklaces and my favorite rings from assorted metals and stones! Satisfied customer.

  Unfortunately, claiming a diamond ring is not at all a diamond. It is moissanite very disappointed feel like I have been bamboozled. Would love to get a refund on all of my purchases

  This is the worst jewelry I have ever seen. I bought 2 rings both size 8 before their price increase. I was also intrigued by the LIVE Tik. Too show. There is no way that the 2 rings I received are a size 8. Both my ring fingers I can wear a 7 - 7 1/2 , I cant get either ring past my knuckle. These rings must be in Chinese sizes. Also took to a replicable jewelry store that I use and per my contact both rings are not worth the *** price on the sticker, they are worth what I paid for them. The msp listed on the packing of both rings is a joke. There is no way to get my money back and I will never do a ** Fizz party again. Stay away from any of these parties.

  Ive ordered a lot of jewelry, its surprise reveal so sometimes you have to purchase a few items to get a particular style &/or metal. My frustration is they recently ***laced a February birthstone and like all of their jewelry; a stone fell out after wearing it 2x.Emailed support and they ***laced it.Replaced it with an entirely different setting and a metal Im allergic to.I sent pictures; why not ***lace it with the defective setting. People want the item they revealed; not an entirely new setting they wont wear!The last few necklaces Ive purchased the clasp has broken. I thought about becoming a *** but starting to think about never purchasing from them again.

All of our jewelry is revealed as a surprise and is not categorized by setting but rather by collection and size.I do see that we have already replaced your February birthday ring, and we are happy to replace your damaged necklaces as well. We offer replacements for any damaged jewelry revealed through one of our party **** within 120 days of the reveal.I searched our support system using the email address you provided in your BBB form, but I wasnt able to find any prior communication from you regarding these items.   Ive ordered a couple times and was disappointed with both orders. This last order especially. I spent $126 on two rings, earrings and a spring stacks and Im very disappointed by the quality, its overpriced junk! When my order arrived a stone had already fallen out from one of the rings during shipping and there is some paper stuff behind where the stone should be, most likely to give it the appearance of a sapphire Im guessing. The rose gold plating chipped off the second the ring two minutes after getting damp and dried off immediately. Dont even get me started on the earrings, they are just plain ugly. Someone in the chat said I could gift them but theres no way in living heck that I would gift them to anyone besides the trash can. The msrp on the packaging is a dang joke! $200 msrp on a ring that the plating chipped off of two minutes after getting wet and dried, $220 on a ring that the stone fell out of prior to receiving and had a peice of paper behind it and $130 for some straight up ugly earrings that Id be embarrassed to walk out the door wearing. The spring stack is cute but very poor quality. I havent worn it yet but if I had to bet, I give it two wears before the color changes or it falls apart (or both). Its not the reps ***** because she buys the inventory from ** herself but Im appalled by the horribly cheap quality. $126 wasted on garbage that I ended up throwing away. Im very disappointed with **. Perhaps they should take some notes from Ryze because they use real sterling and its great quality for the exact same price. Ill never order from ** again after my recent experience. I dont recommend this company to anyone.

  Horrible, horrible horrible, the reps are 100% fraudulent and they take your money and not ship your items and the company is not doing anything about it. This company needs to be shut down. I ordered $400 in products and nothing

  A *** sold me 1000 dollars worth of inventory and I never received it. I try to order inventory and they never have it. The way this company is run is garbage. It started out great but they cannot keep up with the amount of inventory needed for ***s. I will start a lawsuit do I do not get my money back from this *** that stole from me.
