  I ordered a starter kit 2 weeks ago, spent over $***. Never received it and submitted a ticket over a week ago with no response. Finally got ahold of someone on live chat last Monday and was told another kit was goi g to be shipped and I even updated my shipping address so it would come to my work where there is cameras. Still haven’t received anything or even any correspondence from them. This company is legit a 0/100 for me. I’m feel like they just stole my $***.

  I am doing a review to let others know about my experience. I love the jewelry it is beautiful but the experience I have had I do not ever want to deal with any Jewelry type of business like this.
  I ordered from 2 different reps and never received the items. A rep who has a huge following told me to contact them, so I did. No response. Theno the same rep told me to make an account and submit a ticket, I did that. It's about 3 weeks or so and no reply. Not knowing what else to do I already did the chargebacks thinking the company would reach out the reps and get it resolved without the bank reversing the charges. Did'nt happen and I got the money back. About a week after that one of the reps sent me a email with a tracking number I replied no longer want this you did not ship in the timeframe, did not reply to my previous emails and I filed a chargeback. She said she was moving, I replied I did not know that I was a new customer to you not once did you state that in your live if you had I would never would have filed a chargeback. The other rep never responded.
  After the chargebacks I still was able to order until last night. Tried 3 different cards includine a prepaid visa nothing. I got a number from a rep I will never name and called today spoke to Emma. She was very condescending and said this is a rep only line, basically after giving my last name told me Im blacklisted for doing chargebacks. It went back and forth til I asked for a supervisor. She got ruder if that is evn possible, my dil came into the room and I was muttering so she asked me what happened so I told her. Emma said I can still hear you, Yeah I know the call "dropped' and I had to call back and got someone who said she was a supervisor.
  The only way I can order again is if I reverse the chargebacks. Um no, I did not get the products. I am very upset I love the jewelry but this is not right and I am being penalized for doing chargebacks when they didnt respond!

  I placed a order on a live with a girl in Texas place a order on my birthday never received it , she charged me **** for shipping , she said her son had a ******* she was getting it in the mail, I expressed I needed it for a party place another order the next week, charged shipping again, said she was getting it out in the morning still have not received it. Sent me a bunch of pictures of rings ,she had already fizzed to see if I wanted to purchase. Still have not received my orders.

  I don’t know how these people have all these problems with Bomb Party. I received my first Bomb unfizzed as a Christmas gift from a friend in 2020. Ever since then, I’ve been hooked! In nearly two years of ordering at least once or twice a month, I’ve only had a problem with one pair of earrings, where one of them wouldn’t stay closed, and one ring missing a baguette. Both were quickly replaced by equally beautiful items at no cost to me. It is true that they cannot replace an item for the exact same item, as they are unrevealed- which means sealed in packaging or in a “fizz block”. If you want to pick your items, go to t****t or J* ******’s, where you won’t get a 120 day guarantee and you literally get what you pay for, and know the stones are not real. For those who said they’ve never had any experience with Bomb Party, your negative “reviews” are unfounded and unfair.

  I love BP and my rep! I have purchased MANY rings in all of the different collections, as well as earrings and necklaces. I’ve had one stone come out of a ring and they sent me a replacement bomb to fizz… which was another gorgeous set!
  I was skeptical at first, but now I’m COMMITTED (we don’t say the Ad__cted word LOL)
  Never had a problem with customer service, and have watched lives and ordered from several reps. Made new friends, and I also have Hosted virtual (FB) parties and received amazing hostess rewards also.

  I ordered a ring and got a free ring fizzed .one was a opal value at *** ******* and the other was a three stone black onyx ,with value *** I think.thing is i finally got fizzed rings that I love and to get two beautiful rings they were and they never showed up ,I was heartbroken ,call the rep and she replaced them by fizzing me two more but not the same and they are not my style .I’m so disappointed the lady lied and said it showed delivered on her end showed me no proof.and that a flat out lie when she said they was delivered on her end well because I have a camera and I looked there was no ups delivery, and I been in touch with ups about this order.so I called ups and told them the tracking number saids the label was created and nothing tracking never moved from their ,ups man said that means she never mailed it yet ,so I notice she don’t do her online party’s no more but has a web page ,.so it’s sad I feel like my order was stolen not lost.because she lied to me.it’s Just sad but I still love the ring bomb parties just a little skeptical about ordering after all this .
