      **************** is their lowest priority.I ordered several pieces from a Rep on TikTok live - I only received 2 of the 3 pieces I ordered. I contacted the rep several times with no response. I contacted corporate over a month ago, multiple times with zero response. Save your money folks, there is much nicer faux jewelry out there with a business model that cares about their customers.

      This company is taking advantage of people with gambling problems. As a fraud investigator at a financial institution, that is who I see using this company, because put simply...it is gambling. However, the odds of getting that expensive jewelry in your bath bomb are very low, and the prices are incredibly high. I have members at my credit union spending over $2,000/month on these things. This is a trash company, selling trash to people who need help.

      I've been ordering from Smileys Fizz Factory since August of 2023, and I love the jewelry. Unique settings, the colors are stunning - so many colors it's hard to imagine! I've gotten tons of compliments. When a stone fell out, the ring was replaced with no problem. A lot of the issues may be due to who your rep is, but mine is fantastic. I don't know what people are expecting for $25.00-of course it's costume jewelry. I couldn't care less that the stones are "lab created". Many stones are lab created even in fine jewelry now. I've never had an issue with fingers turning colors, even after getting the jewelry wet. My daughter doesn't even take hers off during showering, etc., and has no issues. We're both obsessed!

      Hello,I am looking to cancel my order O8MLWM-8965476. I ordered Dec 3 for home reveal and it hasnt even shipped yet. I reached out to the rep and she wasnt any help. Just stated that some of the items were shipped and received by ** December 8th, but my order still hasnt been shipped. They were supposed to be Christmas gifts, but at this point they wont make it here in time to be shipped out.

      What a rip off! This business should be shut down! The cheap ring I received was horrible. It also is very risky to reveal a surprise and disappointing when they end up giving you junk. The ring I got had a symbol of some weird bug on it. Who puts bugs on rings?? The ring was made of very low quality metal. It was so light weight it was as if it came out of a bubble gum machine.

      I ordered a Halloween stack after watching many reveals on Tik Tok. After it arrived, I was absolutely stunned how cheap that jewelry is!! "Lab created stones" is their way of saying plastic, and bracelets on fishing line. Over $50.00 with shipping and it is so tacky, I will never wear it. And all of these people who are buying and buying to get their cards punched for a free "OG on me," is such an incredible waste of money. Never again.

In these limited collections, you can reveal up to 56 styles containing 3-5 bracelets.       Jewelry is very cheap in appearance. I was drawn in by the awesome reps and their excitement over the jewelry. I finally broke down and had 2 bombs fizzed by a truly lovely young lady. I so looked forward to receiving the pieces. My order arrived in a very timely manner. Packaged nicely. Actually packaging nicer than the rings. As I unpacked each ring I was taken back at how cheap in appearance they were. One is horrific, I dont even think I would donate it to Goodwill. The other is fair, but if you read the tag that comes on its baggy, Im not sure its even safe for it to be worn. Im not sure it would make it through a day of work at my desk job, and definitely not if I left it on while washing my hands. And it suggest I leave it in this tacky baggy while Im not wearing it. Cringe! Please beware if you decide to purchase from this company. Maybe try one and form your own opinion. My personal opinion is their products are very subpar and I will not be buying anything else from this company. I have gotten costume jewelry from **** that cost less with a coupon and has held up just fine and I dont have to bag it up at night.

      Looking at all the reviews I think a lot of the problem has to do with the reps themselves. I have had no problem with my rep on getting orders placed, and items returned because of defect. Great communication. But have to say. Come on, its a cheap jewlery site or whatever you want to call it. You take your chances. If you want diamonds go buy from a certified jewlery store.
