      I bought rings through yall from a rep on TikTok the stone fell out one of the rings and the other ring started turning brown I messaged the rep and she blocked me ! I emailed yall and yall never responded I messaged through ******** and instagram and never received anything back this is absolutely insane !!

      I bought rings from them multiple times. A stone fell out of one ring, and theyre not giving me a replacement as their warranty says (Im within the time frame). I had a different ring misdelivered by the post office, so I never received it. The post office looked up the details and confirmed they delivered to the wrong address, but that they couldnt give me the address. Bomb Party also didnt want to refund me for that. I was thinking of trying out one of their bracelet stacks, only to find Ive been banned from purchasing from them. Maybe it was stupid to consider buying from them again. Im still waiting on my refund. TERRIBLE company.

I have reviewed your communications with our customer support staff and see that a refund was issued on March 30th for your damaged ring. For the lost package, we would be happy to connect you with the representative that you ordered so that they may file a claim with **** on your behalf. Our support team is unable to file claims for orders that did not originate from corporate but we will do what we can to make sure that you are made whole for this item.

      This company makes promises to get representatives then lets the order but then they cancel the orders they promised. They care nothing about the little people selling their products but give the higher ranking people all they want. Thats poor management and false advertising.

      This has been the most amazing company to work for. A lot of these complains are silly. This company works so hard to take care of everyone. Im so glad I am part of this and I will continue to enjoy it for as long as the company is around.

      I have been with Bomb party for 4 months now. I have been a customer for maybe 8. Anytime there is something wrong with the jewelry, say a stone fell out, just email bomb party with a few bits of info, a picture, and they replace the ring, no problem. Theyre very generous with their bonuses, and my team has been nothing short of amazing. Always curtesys, kind, generous and so supportive. Only regret is I didnt sign up sooner!

      Horrible customer service, I had an issue with a representative that represents their company and they could care less that she was rude on a live, after asking about shirts that ** had advised to ask your rep about. Makes you feel stupid and also if you leave a review or comment her followers ***** and harass you, I have seen this on prior reviews so I opted to not leave one , I chose to not be bullied. This issue has been going on for months and I reached out to **, after I explained everything there response was to contact compliance which in turn I did and still no reply, I messaged them again ** and they read my message and ** ignored. I have spent a lot of money supporting this company but Im done, they do not care about their customers and the quality has went down. Items broken and sent out of the factory that way. I understand they are all individual consultations however if Im bringing you a legitimate issue about how how I was treated and you do nothing about it, that shows my self worth to you. I will never buy anything from this company again. I do not support anyone who allows a sarcastic bully to be a consultant for a company.

      I resigned from Bomb Party on 12/21/22 after seeing the company charged reps multiple $14.95 shipping charges in multiple cases and would not refund the monies to reps due to their ordering system issues. VERY UNETHICAL COMPANY!!! After my resignation I was then charged a $19.99 renewal subscription charge and money came out of my account even tho I am no longer affiliated with them! I want my $19.99 refunded within 3 days!********************* ********* rep

      I have sent multiple emails to this company for over a year about 2 damaged rings I received requesting a replacement. I spent ridiculous amounts of money on items. Have around 200 rings and only 2 are damaged. Multiple necklaces, earrings. I spent tons on bombparty and to send one complaint on 2 damaged rings of the hundreds of items I received and be ignored time and time again is disgusting. *** reached out to the contact on bombparty 8 times now, reached out to reps I purchased from, and have been ignored. Its sad to say I quit purchasing from a company I loved and they lost a great customer over 2 rings.
