    Worst cellular data Ive ever had, I previously had ******* and I switched to spectrum because it was so cheap and I suffered for it. It is almost completely useless and certain apps work and some dont off WiFi and at this point Ive gotten used to waiting 190 seconds for my photos app to load in, my iPhone 14 Pro worked perfectly fine and crisp with *******, obviously spectrum has some issues with their cellular data product, I will be switching back to *******.

    Get what you pay for. Basically you overpay for a phone that should be free and ************* in many areas. I also lose my service and can't make calls at all. When I call customer service they tell me I have to shut my phone off and start it again... at least every week. This came as a combo with streaming and was cheap. That's why it doesn't work. I will have to pay the phone off and go back to my old provider, *****. Cost more but never had a problem. Never. I have issues with this phone constantly having 1 bar. This phone was also a pain to set up because the old provider gives you a code and they don't like you leaving so the shut the phone off so you can't use it to change providers.

    Spectrum service is horrible I got the phone and it have not been a year I paid the phone off and they stole money saying I had another bill when I paid the full balance *********** do not connect all the time you get calls and texts hours later. And on top of all that they steal money from customers they ARE NOT A GOOD COMPANY FOR THE MONULE SERVICE. I HAVE THE INTERNET AND NEVER HAD A PROBLEM LIKE THIS.

    Increased our price on month 17 of a 2 year contract without notifying me? No letter, email anything. We were told that it was due to the promotional price ending. I have it in writing that it was a 24 month promotion. I will be switching carrier and will not stop until I am refunded the amount I was overcharged. I will go out of my way to drag this companies name through the mud. All of their services are terrible as well as their customer service. Im done with ********************** and if youre reading this, I recommend never getting involved with this terrible company.

    Wifi ok mobile im giving a 1 star because im 7k miles away from home overseas and in order to use a Sim card to have my phone unlocked I need to have my phone paid off and active for 67 days.... are you serious? Never happened with ********* so now I have nothing and im overseas (im using wifi right now) but when im in the mountains I can't. This needs to change

    Do not use this cell phone company. Its awful. I ordered a new phone and they sent it to the wrong address even though I confirmed with 3 different people that my address was changed. They tell you someone will reach out to you and they never do. Im currently paying for a phone that I do not have.

    Ive been a customer for 2 years now. Ive returned a phone TWO MONTHS ago. Ive now paid 300+ dollars for a phone that Ive returned. I got charged backpay for service on a phone I DONT HAVE AND NEVER ACTIVATED!!!! DO NOT use spectrum mobile. They are scummy thieves.

    I paid off my spectrum account on Feb 6th. Switched to a different cell company on February 10th. They just keep charging my credit card and won't shut off the autopay feature. When I asked why they told me because I still owed but couldn't say for what. They also moved my shut off date in their records to one day after the end of the billing cycle. I even have their "port successful" email that was sent on the shut off day (feb 10th). I have spent more than 20 hours on the phone with them over and over again being told that I was paid up and wouldn't be charged again just to be charged again. Once you are on autopay its forever. I have lodged an *** complaint and encourage everyone who has been robbed by them to do the same.

    Terrible customer practices trading in a broken phone. The store won't accept the broken phone, so they require you to mail it back using their carrier . Then they tell you a non spectrum device was returned and they charge you for not returning the phone.

    I am deducting one star for the ONE HORRID customer service *** I spoke to. I am in the process of transferring service over to a new address. I have spoken to several customer service ***s and all (except one) have been amazingly helpful. ***** from ************** was so great! She even scheduled a call with me the following day to follow up on any questions I had. Another male *** from ************** was so friendly and we talked about football while he was working on my account requests. Then today, I spoke to a *** from *********, **. He told me my internet price was increasing when I move and that I was trying to "take advantage" of Spectrum's promotions and that I had to add on 2 more lines in order to keep me internet price. I told him that wasn't true and he informed me everyone else I spoke to gave me wrong information. He was rude and condescending. At this point I turned into a ***** and demanded to speak to a manager. The Spectrum mobile manager I spoke to was great and he informed me that the previous *** I spoke to was not correct in telling me I needed to add more lines to keep my current internet deal. when you transfer service to a new address, you keep your promotions. I have had no issues with service, and I have had Spectrum internet for over a year.
