      Im having serious issues with this AM waste company thats been the worst trash pick up since my 19 years in my home. Its the holidays and these people have taken my money and not picking up my trash. A customer service representative hung up on me after lying to me last week that this Wednesday would be restoration of my services and return of my trash can. First of all I thought my bill was paid for the quarter because there was no notice that service increased from $39+ to $75+. They took my garbage can (which has never been done). I promptly called AM waste when I realized my trash can was missing and was told that I was pass due (although the last time I paid 8/16/22, I was told that my payment was up to date and would be due again in December22). Each representative has a different report. I feel like this company is purposely causing confusion to extort extra money from customers or at least me and I need justice. I had to bring trash back into my home due to all kind of animals tearing through bags left outside or in my shed. This is a serious health issue because the smell is unbearable. I think for any company to operate and/or treat customers as such is criminal and there is no way they should be allowed contract. I know now as I look through payment records that Ive been over charged and when I request a refund, ** being told that it will *********** to 8 weeks for review and in the meantime Ive been forced to pay for service not rendered. I have been robbed via theft by deception and I not only want but need my money back. Your help is greatly appreciated & thank you in advance.

      I paid my bill Oct. 26th I am also being charged another $50 for s suspension fee. The biggest problem is that the services are not properly provided. May -June my trash was not picked up sometimes for more than 2 weeks. Even recently the service is late. Yet they want to extort money for services not properly provided, and refuse to take any off on weeks we paid for yet did not receive service.

      i have always paid ***** a month for my trash dumpster service. Last month i opened my bill and without my knowledge they as issued a ***** fuel charge to my bill. The contract stated that everything was included in the ***** monthly payment i have been making. The ***** was not accepted by me and done without my knowledge.

      After being on the telephone for more than 45 minutes, I finally was able to tell the person that I needed a trash can. I paid them $***** on July 18. They told me to put my trash on the street in a bag until I get a can. I did that and it got scattered across the whole front of my house. I have been taking my trash to a dumpster where I work to keep that from happening again. I have called a couple of times to check on a trash can but am told each time that they have a "cart" backup (not sure what that means). I just received a bill for $***** to pay. I hesitate to pay it since I have paid for service but have not received any service. I believe that may be illegal to do. I need help in resolving this. Basically, I just need a trash can. I am handicap and it is a great imposition for me to take my trash to a dumpster especially after paying for this service.

      I have tried on multiple occasions to pay my bill online and it won't work! I have emailed multiple times to get them to help, no response! I have also been on hold, trying to speak with someone for over an hour and then they hang up!
      Please cancel their contract and bring back Waste management! They would answer the phone!

      I signed a contract with Amwaste on July 5th, 2022. I paid for a full quarter of service. My contract states that I will receive a container within 14 days. It does not say BUSINESS days. However when I called them about my service and lack of container, they informed me that my account was not set up until the 10th of July and they had 14 BUSINESS days to deliver a container. I had already paid for a full quarter of service. They then told me to put the trash in black garbage bags beside the road. I cannot put trash out by a State Highway. If animals get into it I will get fined for littering. I explained that to them. They told me I would have a can on the 26th of July. That date came and went without delivering a container. Monday August 1st I tried to call them, stayed on hold for almost an hour and was then cut off. When I called back a recording said it was after business hours and to call back or email. I sent an email. No response. I called again today, held for 30 minutes and finally talked to someone. She says my service was not set up till July 26th. And they had 14 days to deliver my canister. I told her I had already paid for a full quarter and they had already sent me another bill for another Quarter. They did prorate the last quarter and applied the credit to the new quarter. I told the customer service representative this and asked her how they could bill me if my account was not set up. The bill was dated July 20th. She then says the work order was dated July 26. So now we have a work order and an account. But no service or canister. They charged me again for a full quarter that started August 1st but no canister has been provided. She could not tell me when I would get a canister or why I didn't get my canister according to their contract. How many people have paid for services that have not been provided? 10? 10,000? They need to be investigated. That could be thousands of dollars scammed from customers.

      Amwaste is our trash "pick-up". They are not picking up our trash.....Friday is our trash pick up day. For several Fridays, it does not get picked up. I called, finally got someone on the phone, after trying to call for two days. They told me that it will be picked up on Friday, a full two weeks with no garbage collection. We have nowhere to put another weeks worth of trash. This has been going on for months now, no pick up on Friday....sometimes they get it on Saturday, sometimes not, and it goes late into the next week.....just ridiculous. We pay them for a service that is just not being done.....

      AmWaste had billing issues during 2022. We called their office many, many times during the 2nd quarter to pay our bill. No one ever answered the phone. They came and picked up our trash cans due to non-payment.

      Even though they were at fault due to their billing, when we finally got someone on the phone after calling for 3 months, we paid all late fees and our account was brought up to date. That was a month ago. We still have not received our trash cans and they are not picking up trash at our location. We have to bring our trash to the dump ourselves.

      We have tried to call (they NEVER answer) and we have tried their portal and email. We never get a response. We paid for a service and we are not able to use that service due to AmWaste.
