      They threw garbage in my yard saying they won't take a certain type of trash. Well you didn't find it in the hard put it back where it was. Amwaste is complete trash jefferson county needs to do away with their services they are absolutely horrible at the job they do.

      They have left our garbage sitting in the road for 4 weeks. I called the several times to say they weren't picking up the garbage. That aI saw the truck picking up neighbors garbage across from my house 3 times I was told they would be to get it. They never did. I called back to tell them to cancel the direct payment for garbage pick up we were closing the account. To come get their garbage can, and the garbage in it. **** said they would be to get. Watched them pass it today, it's still sitting in the road. Paid for service we did not get for three weeks straight!

      The customer account has been cancelled as of 9/30/23 per **************** request and a credit will be issued at month's end. One attempt to retrieve the cart was unsuccessful on October 4 in that there was no cart available at the street to be retrieved. This was the first attempt. A second attempt will be attempted when the cart truck is scheduled for that area. The waste collection vehicle cannot retrieve carts, it must be done with a different vehicle and crew.

      First I went 2 weeks to have my trash picked up, they finally came out on Aug 30th. Fast forward to Wednesday Sept 13, 2023, which is the next time I got serviced, near 2 weeks since my last pickup. Mind you 2 weeks worth of trash at my home is over 2-3 cans full. Wednesday the driver only dumped 1 of my cans. I have a larger can that does not fit into the auto thing that picks up the cans. Im assuming he didnt feel like getting out of his air conditioned truck to physically put the bags in so he left them after having a verbal in counter with my son who was asking him to get the rest of the trash. While he was trying to dump the 1 can he knocked over the other pile of trash and had no choice but to get out and pick up the trash he knocked over. My husband and I called numerous times requesting a supervisor; we called Thursday Sept 14th and today is Sept 18: still no supervisor call back. There is no problem when they collect my money but picking up trash timely seems to be the hardest thing ever. POOR CUSTOMER, POOR DRIVERS, EVERYTHING JUST ***** ABOUT THIS COMPANY!! And dont bother calling because their only gonna tell you anything to get off the phone. No worries, I guess we will have to haul trash in the trunks of our vehicles like we had to the past couple days because of this mess with this company! This place needs new leadership or needs to be SHUT DOWN, signed a ****** off, soon to be ex customer.

      My trash has not been picked up in a month, and they had the nerve to send me a bill. Ive called about every other day for a month and keep getting the same run around. A supervisor was supposed to have called me 2 weeks ago, still havent heard from them. Something needs to be done. None of the trash on the road I live on has been picked up and I live about 5 miles from the dump.

      Service has been late on numerous occasions, last week I had to call, and this is the entire street, they were two days late. This week, scheduled on Tuesday, I have called and they will put in a work order. This is ridiculous, we pay a large fee quarterly and we expect service timely without having to call for pickup. I told them, if this continues to happen, we want prorated bills. There was not alot of concern on their part!

      I can't leave any stars because my trash hasn't been picked up in **** a month and when I call I always get the same response "we'll get to it soon". This company should be ashamed of it's self

      I havent had my trash picked up for the past 3 weeks, *** called and complained about it and every-time they tell me we gone get someone out there. They want their money but want do a service. Im really tired of it. I literally have a months worth of trash they they refuse to send some one to get it. On the day it supposed to be picked up the driver gets my neighbors trash but refuses to come down 20 feet to get mine.

      Despite up to date payments for trash pickup, I have called 20 times in a month begging and pleading for my trash to be picked up. The call center is horrible, their poor agents do not have any authority to actually help customers. The supervisors are worthless and do not know how to manage routes and pick up schedules, and even when they promise time after time that they will pick up today they dont do it. Hoping the city cancels this contract immediately.

We will research the call history and determine where the failure(s) occurred and why the resolution has yet to be delivered and communicated. We have complete call, account, contact, and service video history and are committed to get this resolved.

      This company is the absolute worst with customer service. They Charge you for a service up front and never perform their duties. Waited four weeks and still no service. I have sent emails and called and still has not been resolved.

      The company has lost my auto pay information countless times which is becoming slightly concerning. They have repoed my can due to their incompetence of keeping track of my payment method and left me without a can for nearly a month only to return it after upper management was finally contacted. Yesterday they picked up the opposite side of our street, currently have not returned to collect our garbage and we have a birthday party coming up in two days. Unfortunately nothing can be accomplished through this company without getting lucky enough to land a route managers contact.
