5 starsRecently used Sentry for the first time for Generator and HV** evaluations. Must say Excellent customer service all around. Had no trouble scheduling service appointments with friendly, knowledgeable office phone folks. Techs were timely and gave much appreciated alerts for pending arrivals. Technician ************************* found no problems with generator but did point out as described in manual that installation was non compliant with recommended aspects of install. He offered appropriate remedies for the issues. Appreciate his thorough, careful, thoughtful approach to not only functional status of unit (oil, spark plugs, battery charge, transfer switch etc.), but also the safety features of installation. He is definitely who you want inspecting your generator. *************************** was the Hvac technician. She deserves equally high praise when it comes to thoroughness, careful servicing of our units, and timely, appropriate f/u. She was focused on all features of the ** in our home and detected a condensation issue which she found and fixed, and patiently answered my many questions as she addressed the water issue in our sauna-like attic. The best way to sum up these two Sentry technicians is Top ************************ cant get better than these two.
