      Beware, they will renew your membership automatically without giving you heads-up. I was shopping at Sam's and the worker asked if I wanted to renew my membership and I told her I wasn't going to renew it. Today I get an email telling me they took the money out of my account to renew my membership. I called the corporate office to get a representative, English was her second language. She had more trouble understanding me than I did her. After 20 min of trying to understand each other, she said she had to send me to a cancelation rep. I was on hold until a second person with English being their second language. He wanted to send me a gift certificate for the $45. Not acceptable, I asked for a supervisor and after being on hold for far too long I did get an English-speaking manager that said someone would call me tomorrow to get my bank information to refund the money. Really, do they need customers that badly? I may be getting my money back but, not the time I spent on the phone.

      It is with a heavy heart that Im bringing you this bad news that took place at your Sam’s Club 7325 Jonesboro Rd. Morrow, GA 30260 location.
      I Ashley wrestled with writing this letter because I’ve never felt so much anxiety in my life from the events that took place here by two of your associates.
      On July27,2022 I Ashley walked into Sam’s Club to drop off my prescription at the pharmacy. When exiting the store there were two associates standing at the door. As I proceeded to leave the store I was approached by an associated who stopped me. The associate asked the other associate do she check my purse, I Ashley, the customer, immediately stated that “you will not check my purse” I only came in to drop off a prescription. Then associate Maria ****** stated to the other associate no you don’t have to check her purse then Maria went on to say that Sam’s have a new policy where they do check large bags and purses. I Ashley stated since when because I come here often and have never been approached to check my purse. I Ashley proceeded to say that this is a form of discrimination because I have never seen an associate checking anyones purse. I left the store, then returned to speak with an manager. While waiting, I called the pharmacy to cancel my prescriptions being filled, the pharmacy had already filled them. I Ashley continued to wait on the manager, but soon left because she was preoccupied by another situation. I Ashley explained to the pharmacy what had taken place as I was leaving out. The pharmacist and the pharmacy tech was so nice and comforting, they helped to ease my mental distress just a little. As I was walking out the store a second time, I Ashley did stop to get both associates names, the one who asked to check my purse and the one who said no but proceeded to explain that this was Sam’s new policy, the checking of large purses and bags is a new store policy.       Sam’s Club travel and entertainment is the most horrible experience ever. I purchased Metallica tickets April 2022. I spent 456.00 for 2 tickets. I was told I would have tickets 48 hours prior to event August 14th. At 48 hours no tickets, I contacted customer service and I was told 1-3 hours. Once again no tickets. I called again and I was told by a supervisor by 1pm pacific time which is 4pm my time, still no tickets. Called again and was offered an upgrade on tickets and they were actually downgraded. I was not pleased so I was offered a refund and accepted. So I purchased different tickets in the same section through ticket master. At 11pm est my tickets went into my email. I called and stated I see you found my tickets and after I was offered you gave me my tickets instead. I was refused a refund and now had 5 tickets. I was on the phone with Sam’s club for 15 hours within 2 days first looking for my tickets and then fighting because rather than my refund they managed to locate my tickets. Long story short I lost a tremendous amount of money because I had to sell the tickets much lower than I paid.

      It has been ten days since my Sam's Club account was hacked despite me having two Factor authentication on my account which leads me to believe this was internal. Within 20 minutes of finding out I was hacked I had canceled my bank card and reset my Sam's Club password to avoid further fraudulent orders. Mind you I can't even remove my bank account information or personal information from the online account because they require you to keep something on file. Upon calling customer service they told me they would cancel the orders. And that I would receive a call from management within 24 hours. This was the only help they offered. I asked them to close out my account and they said they couldn't do that all I could do was change my password. They wouldn't freeze it from further orders or anything. I called back the next day after I had not heard from anybody because I saw that the orders were now set to ship and had not in fact been canceled as I requested. I was again told they would be contacting me within 24 hours. Nobody ever called me. They shipped the orders, delivered them. And charged me.
      Needless to say I will never be shopping at Sam's Club again. They have been completely negligent in how they handled this. They have no regard for their customers.

      I recently sold my business and had no intention to renew the Sams membership.However,Sams charged my business debit card for Auto renewal on membership that i never signed up for.When i called customer service dept,they said they have refunded the money which i still havent received it.I called back a week later to find out the status on refund,Now they are telling me that they have escalated to the other department that handles refund and that someone will contact me.I still havent receive any calls nor my refund.I don't know why Sams club would charge my debit card without my permission. I did noy agree to auto renew my card.I dont have the business anymore and had no need for Sams membership.They have the worst customer service call center that can barely help anyone.

      I have placed 7 orders of Extra Heavy Mayonnaise from Sams Club online. Three out of seven orders have damaged containers. The last order I received was severely damaged due to poor packaging. No padding material was found inside the shipping cartoon. I have spoken with Sams club customer service three times. I haven't seen any improvement in their packaging so far. I will not order anything from Sams Club again.

      Reviewing my bank account, I noticed a pending auto transaction from Sam’s club. When I went to the store to find what it was for, the customer service rep. told me it was for my auto membership renewal. Hello, I have been with Sam’s club for 20 yrs and never had auto pay. The fact is, the 50.00 renewal fee is not the problem; the problem is Sam’s assumes it’s ok to deduct my bank account without prior notification and authorization. So just for assuming, I canceled my membership. If I can’t trust you; I won’t.

      Hi All
      This is about Sam' Club. My order for a Samsung over the range microwave was placed on 05/20/2022. This order includes delivery and installation of this 2.1 cu ft microwave.
      After N number of phone calls to Sam's club/Samsung customer service, the microwave was delivered today 07/20/2022 (61 days). But it is not installed. Samsung customer support says someone will call within 72 hours to schedule an installation appointment.
      Sam's club says 'it is just delivered. It takes time to install'.
      Very pathetic and rude customer service.
      Now I understand why members are leaving Sam's club for Costco.

      i placed an order for curbside. the app changed my location. so the order ended up at a different store. i was given the run around as to how i can get my refund. they keep trying to give me egift cards and telling me i would have to go into the store for a refund. i dont live anywhere near the store. i have also noticed that since i have been calling trying to get this issue resolved there were changes made to the canceled order. from $40 to $15. i have the original email from the order as well as the $40 transaction on my bank account. so im not sure what is going on with that.

      I see why the reviews is 1 stars out of 5. I have an ongoing case since last year. Now I'm waiting on my refund. The refund need to go to another account since my other is closed. I received an email from Sams and responded to it. I sent the information needed, which was a letter from the bank and my new card info. My case number is * * * * * * * * * * * *. This is the 3rd different case number given. I responded to the email from Joshua and Patricia, both from the back office. I am calling customer service everyday and they keep saying I will hear from someone soon. I reached out via social media and it's the same lies every day. How hard is it to process the refund. Hey, Sam's, or whoever is in the BACK OFFICE, can you please process the refund to the card number I sent in the email to Joshua or Patricia? The case number for the email to Patricia is * * * * * * * * * * * *.
