      Sam's is false advertisement or members only business hours that says on the website and also on the door from 7:00 to 9:00 but when you get there it's from 8:00 to 9:00 and I asked the supervisor and the assistant manager why they didn't seem really concerned about the issue maybe it's just me I don't like being misled

      Sam's Club is a joke. Whoever tries to compare it with Costco is just affiliated with them. I was reading the 1st review from Taruana P. and I have the same exact experience. The item got damaged within 3 days of use and I was told I'll get a refund the 1st time I called. The 2nd time that it has been escalated. The 3rd time it has been expedited. Hahahah. All this for $70.00

      What a scam. I have been a member of Sams Club for 25 years. Recently I was convinced at checkout to purchase the Sams Plus Membership. I was told I would get free shipping on everything. This is not true. half of the items I buy cannot be shipped. I decided to have my coffee shipped and Sams Club charges $1 more to have it shipped. What this means is they steal a $1 from the customer to help pay for the so called free shipping.
      As far as I am concerned this place should shut down all their stores like they did in the Northeast. The way Sams Club takes advantages of its members with false promises is terrible.
      Guess what, Sams Club had everyone agree not sue to or become a member of a class action lawsuit against Sams Club. This give Sams CLub the right to be unethical in the way it treats its members because they know members have no recourse.
      I am cancelling my Sams Membership after they tried to steal a $1 from me on my coffee purchase online.
      SAM'S CLUB PLUS MEMBERSHIP EQUALS FRAUD IN MY EYES BECAUSE I WAS TOLD EVERYTHING SHIPPED FOR FREE.

      Sams Club Coors in Albuquerque NM. Employee by the name of ******. She harassed me for several minutes demanding that I move the items to a different basket as I was halfway through scanning all of my items. She continued to berate me demanding I move the items and I said I'd move them. I promised her I'd move them and informed her that I move slowly. I have an illness that causes my muscles to move more slowly now as I get older and I am seeing specialists about it. But in the meantime, I do need to go shopping like everyone else and not have to feel afraid of being bullied. She continued to stand in my way demanding that I move the items and wouldn't let me go. She refused to give a reason why until I asked for a reason. Which was fine. But if she wants to be a cop then she needs to join the police force. God help us if she does. She continued to berate me even though I begged her to stop. I begged her over and over and she simply kept on at me. She then continued to go to other customers and tell them about me. After I confronted her about that she came back at me and continued at me. When she was done there she then went to the employees. and told them about me. As I was leaving she continued at me. I was finally safe when I went to the very long final checkout line. Which by then my legs were very weak. I want her fired. I'm scared to shop there and won't go back until she is fired. She is a brute and a bully and she should not be allowed to be around older people. She saw me as weak and jumped on that. I hope the public can understand how horrible it makes a sick person feel and how much I just want to hide in a hole now. I can't go back in there until she is gone. I don't feel safe.

      Worst customer service we’ve ever had to deal with. We’ve waited over two weeks for a refund on a membership renewal we never renewed. Kept getting the same response 10-15days, well it’s been over that and we haven’t received any of these “CALL BACK” we were supposed to get on multiple times. NEVER got any calls or confirmation on where the money was getting refunded to. We even had people hang up on us, and one guy even tried to argue that Sam’s doesn’t do refund over the phone, they don’t looking info up by reference numbers and he can’t find any info on us. Even though we told him the people we spoke to days before said the account was deleted. That all the info on it was through the reference number we got. Then he got upset when we tried to tell him everything all the other people told us. Everyone was pretty much on the same page then this dude says no we have to go to the actual store to get a refund and he’s trying to help us but the reference number we got does not do anything. Yet every else we got to talk to was able to get the info pulled up. We have yet to get a call back from someone that can confirm where our money is going to and what’s going on. It’s always the same “10-15 days” “you’ll get a call back” but it’s been over 15 days and we’ve had at least 4 people say we will get a call back within 24hrs.. it’s been 3 days. Not a single person we talked to was on the same page. And the people that hung up on us barely spoke English

      HORRIBLE is a kind review! Can not get a U.S. based person on the phone, called customer service number 3 TIMES, total of 2jrs.:52 minutes and got disconnected ALL # TIMES! because they have no clue how to respond.. Issue= searched robot vacuum online, in the search bar drop down recommended box is the Shark Item Shark IQ Robot Self-Empty™ XL UR1005AE, Robot Vacuum, IQ Navigation™, Wi-Fi with a price of $299.91. Click on it to purchase and NOW THE PRICE is $441.98. Thought is might reset in cart but NO, it's still $150.00 higher. If THAT is not " bait and switch" I'll eat my hat. It is much easier to get Biden or Trump on the phone that to get the local Sam's to even ANSWER THE PHONE! Tried 5 times. They are 50 minute travel time one way. Talking to CUSTOMER NON-SERVICE is frustrating and a joke! I wish there was a way to give MINUS 5 stars, they deserve it! Will be canceling my plus membership after 20+ years. BEWARE

      I was added to my wife's account and I paid the add-on fee using my credit card. When it was time to renew her account, Sam's charged my credit card $140.00 without asking me. At the time I signed up, I was not asked or given the option to opt out (if its their standard policy) of auto renewal. My wife had 3 credit cards already on file with them, which had been used in the past for renewal.
      I tried to contact Sam's on multiple occasions (at least 7 times) and each time I would get passed to another department who was suppose to help resolve the issue. Most of the time it was a call center outside the United States. I don't have a problem with outsourcing as long as the representative on the other end understands the issue and can resolve the case. However, that was not the case. They spent more time saying that they "understand and apologize" and less time getting me to the right department to fix the issue. Each representative told me something different. I was told that notes would be annotated in the system to let the other representative know what the issue was; however, I had to explain the issue over and over again. Each time I called, I was given a different reference number about the same issue. Bottom line, their telephone customer service sucks. They are good at passing the issue to someone else to relieve them of the responsibility; however, nothing got resolved.
      After 7 days I eventually had to go into a local Sam's Club and explain the situation all over again, in order to get resolution. I will no longer use their services.
      If I could give them less one star, I would.

      I joined the club and paid the $45 membership fee with my credit card. Everything was kosher for the first day, as I was issued a member number and able to create an online account and login and use the app with no problem. The next day I could not login at all. The app didn't work and the reset password function didn't work. I contacted customer support and they said my account was closed for security reasons but no explanation was given for what was wrong with the account. The card used to open the account has always worked and I have excellent credit. I don't have any idea why Sam's Club would deny me an account. I feel Sam's Club should not deny an account without a good explanation to the customer.

      I don't recommend ordering online at Sam's Club! I have had two very nerve racking experiences and therefore WILL NOT have a third! The first time I ordered online was when I sent (attempted to that is) something to my daughter in the Military overseas. The item took forever to get there (not blaming Sam's Club for issues with the US Post Office) however when it finally arrived it didn't work. But having to only communicate with their Customer Service via Chat (multiple times!) was a frustrating ordeal on several levels. They read scripts and apologized and took weeks on weeks to resolve my Refund. BUT I gave them another chance and ordered online again. The second time I tried to send something to my mother in the US and their System automatically canceled the Order (I tried to resubmit it 3 times!) and needless to say they debited my bank each time when their website stated that the charge will occur once the item is shipped. The items were never shipped but they debited my account each time! To add insult to injury (after multiple "Online Chats" they repeatedly told me the issue was being looked into and that it will take 72 hous to before getting an answer (even though it was supposedly escalated). I told them that was problematic because it didn't take 72 hours to take my money - each time. As of today it been 72 hours and nothing has been communicated back to me and no Refunds. So I will NEVER order from them again!

      I talked to chat customer support to cancel an order 5 min after placing it and then was told they couldn't cancel it. I needed to call fedex once I get tracking. I got tracking, FedEx said only Sam's can cancel or change address. Called Sam's and was told Sam's was told by fed ex there is a policy where they cannot change anything... The run around is CRAZY!
      I then was told to keep an eye on the package and maybe they can catch it and have it sent back. I asked if I miss it before its delivered (to the wrong address - my typo, my fault) can i get a refund since I've done everything I can to fix the error?
      The lady at customer service treated me like an idiot. She mentioned, this is your fault YOU put your address in wrong. I was like i understand i just moved here and it was an honest mistake. I was then told in a degrading tone that this is not Sam's problem, I need to ensure i provide the right info.
      Horrible customer service. An honest mistake on my end i understand but to be treated so horrible - IS UNACCEPTABLE.
