      I was in the process of buying a cat house on line and the price was 129.99. I received an email this morning about it was on clearance for 105.99 but then I clicked on it came up 129.99. So I called customer service and the rep and she talked to her manager regarding pricing and she said she was going to send me a gift card through my email for 35.00 for the different since it was a glitch in their system. I waited and waited and nothing came through my email so I called again had to wait 1-1/2 on the phone just to find out the customer service rep didn’t do her job and no record of me ever calling about this issue! Of course the manager couldn’t do anything either! I’ve even offered to email and screenshot the email I received regarding the price. This company has poor customer service and they never say what they mean! They tell you what you want to hear to get you off the phone. They have a glitch in your system so instead of honoring the price a customer received from Walmart they would rather lose a great customer instead!!! I’ll take my business to Target instead!

      I filed a claim pertaining to a rodent found in a 5lb bag of GV flour. Ten months later, after contacting the CEO, store Manager, Team Lead, etc, and being compliant with their guidelines, including the skeletal remains of the rat, the bag of flour, photos to substatiate my claim, the claim was resolved and has now been closed. My compensation: $10.00 gift card! What a waste of time!

      A month ago I took my car to Walmart Auto to get the headlight lenses cleaned. When doing the job they put tape around the lense and peeled off the paint. We told the claims dept and they said send a picture we did this and now no one wants to take responsibility for the damage. Claim number provided by them ********.
      They either don't answer their phone or they send the call to other departments.
      They refuse to do their job and take responsibility for what they did.

      During an oil change, they left the cap to the oil filter cartridge loose causing me to break down on the side of the road. After towing it to a mechanic shop, I now need a new engine because of this. I filed a claim weeks ago with little to no response. I’m going on a month without a car and I’m unable to do the repair until Walmart authorizes the funds. I’m also unable to get a rental because the claims adjuster said that would be an entirely separate claim and they might not reimburse me.

      I order tv never received it they left my tv someone door I'm handy cap and I have a accessible rail on the picture there no rail I just want my 250 dollars back and my bank won't dispute it cause I did purchase it

      They stripped oil plug out and they towed it to a shop. They said they filed a claim. The shop has not been able to get in contact with them, nor have we as customers. We leave messages and emails and NEVER get a return call or email. The shop cannot do the repair until Walmart authorizes the funds. The store can't do anything about it because once they file the claim "it is out of their hands. " It is going on 10 days without a vehicle with no closer to having this issue resolved. It's a relatively simple fix but this is what you would expect from a corporation that doesn't care about their customers. I am not trying to get a rental out of my pocket for something they messed up. Companies like this are the very reason why lawyers are needed in this world.

      They blocked me from ordering online because they mess up order & I have to return or get a refund. This is really inconvenient with me have 3 toddlers & no car nor money. 4 different reps gave my false hope had me waiting for weeks to order, only to find out I can never use my account with credits on it.

      Horrible they changed my Orland it had been leaking from the drain plus 3 days later it blew my engine Brandon ulta the actual insurance agent had refused to email me back its almost been over 30 days never again will I get my oil changed I got it towed to Walmart then to a mechanic I have been having to pay over 800 in claim fees that they say they'll cover but have yet to do and ill probably have to pay to get it fixed as well .
