Wlamart Claims Services - This is the worst organization I have ever worked with. I filed my claim on April 1st and had to call my claim specialist 10 times before she could return my call. Finally, I spoke to her about my claim and after a week I got a letter that a decision has been reached and to reach out to my specialist. I have been trying to reach her for last 5 weeks and have left more than 20 messages but she does not seem to care to return the phone call. I filed the claim on April 1st and don't know what is happening. I am pissed and don't know what else to do.

I took my car to Walmart and it started knocking really loudly. My uncle said you need and oil change. I said to him I just had an oil change. On May 20, 2023 I check my oil to see how much oil was in my car and it didn’t have any oil on the stick. I kept checking. At that point I was furriest. I got in my daughter car and went to Walmart. Mr. T as they called him came to my house and check. He said no leak, no oil on the plate, no oil in the tank. He stuck his hand inside and say it’s bone dry. He proceeds to pull the stick out in amazement. Then he started taking pictures. Mr. T came to my house but didn’t bring any oil to try to correct their wrong. I asked him for a copy of his report he said he will get back in touch with me once he put it in the system and talk to his boss about it. An he also said I will bring some oil back when I get off at 3 o’clock. I did hear from him so I went back to Walmart around 5 o’clock no Mr.T. One young lady (associate) apologized for Walmart not putting any oil in my car. She said she hope they resolve the issue. My check engine light is on and my car is still knock. I will take it to Kia on Monday. I had to come out of my pocket once again to buy oil to put in my car. It’s crazy that you trust a company that makes millions of dollars off you but they can’t give you the services you deserve.. You see all these reviews but they assume everyone is lying. Well I have pictures and they don’t lie. I have no reason to lie. I have a contract where I deliver for Walmart. I thought highly of Walmart until today. If it takes getting a lawyer to get my point across then I will. I will never take my car to Walmart to get service or recommend anyone else. They don’t deserve a star rating.

I had my car serviced at my local Walmart. Some damages were made to my vehicle and they asked me to file a claim because I was going to loose a day of pay because my car needed to be repaired due to their negligence. I filed the claim with the department manager sitting with me on his iPad told me they would contact me in 72 hours I never received a call. 10 days later I received a letter to call the agent in charge of my case. The store manager, the department manager and I have been calling for 4 weeks and we leave messages and no one will call us back . I have sent several emails and I still have not heard from him. Claim # ********

I had my oil changed on 4/7/23. When I took my car in I had never had any problems at all with my car. After picking it up my car started stalling. After a few days the AED and tractions control lights came on. A couple of days later the oil pressure light came on. I took it back to Walmart where they literally Ed walked out of my car, sat in it and turned it on, looked up things on google and said it was the alternator. At this time my car started stalling even worse. My dad looked at it and noticed also somehow the battery was cracked and battery acid was going everywhere. I had to go get a new battery for $200! A couple of days later the oil pressure light came back on and the check engine light then came on. I look it straight to get the codes tested and was told it was the camshaft and likely caused by the incorrect oil or dirty or slugged oil put in my car. Now it has started making a knocking and rattling noise like there’s something in the motor of the car. I contacted the corporate number which got me in contact with someone at the local Walmart auto center and pretty much said he don’t think it’s their fault but I can file a statement with the supervisor the next day between 7-5. I got there around 2 and of course she had to go home early that day. It took 3 people and 30 minutes for someone ti find out if she worked the next day. They took my name and number and 3 days later I’ve still heard nothing. I went in for a simple oil change and the carelessness of Walmart employees has completely messed my car up. I’m a single mom and can’t afford a new motor if it’s messed up or to be without a vehicle. I need Walmart to fix the problem they created asap!

Currently in the middle of a claim with them. I have been attempting to follow up with the Claims Center and have already spent a single phone call for 4 hours before giving up and trying to call again. I'm sorry but there is no excuse to keep somebody on hold for 4 hours without a single person answering the call.
Hung up the 4 hour call to try again. This time I dialed the operator. Somebody actually answered fairly promptly and had access to the system on the Claims Services end. Researching my claim number (23032672) yielded results on her end that allowed her to see who is handling my case. Notified I have attempted to reach the gentleman in charge of my case several times today to no avail. I have left two voicemails, one for the General Liability Adjusters group and one specifically for my case manager.
I have been without my vehicle for a week now. My vehicle was already inspected and information has been forwarded to case manager. $8750 worth of damage done because the Walmart Auto Center failed to properly install my oil drain plug. Need follow up!!!

I took my Subaru in for an oil change and Walmart drained my transmission fluid instead of my oil and put new oil over old oil. I now need a new transmission. My car has been sitting at the Subaru dealership over three weeks and still I have no answers. Claim# L*******

I have been on the phone since 8:11am waiting for them to answer. I am irked and pissed. My 2020 Chrysler Pacifica that was paid for in full from the life insurance of my late husband needs a new engine due to the incompetence of their techs. I lost 3 quarts of oil due to the gasket not sealing and being tighten up properly. My husband passed away and it was his wish I get a vehicle so I could start over getting a job and not have to worry about a car payment. The camshaft sensors, the teeth moved over and even the dealership says I need a new engine. I stand to lose my job and I am paying for a rental. I can't pay for a rental for weeks. I can't afford a car payment. I am a single mom trying to start over after the death of my husband. Walmart needs to call me and not keep me on the phone for over a hour waiting for them to answer.

Walmart damaged my car during an oil change. The claims manager withdrew liability because the mechanic can not fix my car. They didn’t let the old oil out didn’t carnage the oil filter and put new oil on old oil and over filled the engine with oil.
