      Walmart is the happiest company ever. Order items. They charge my card. Then cancell my order. I have spent 3 hrs on hold to f8nally get a person to be hung up on. ******* ***** *** *** ***** ****** *** ******** *** ** *** ******

      I wen,t to my local Walmart the other day to pick up a couple of items and decieded to get a 12 pack of beer. A little background, I am 70 years old, and a Vietnam era veteran with no criminal record. I get to the self checkout and the associate comes over to check my ID, which I think is insulting to begin with. Understand I have been fighting with the liscence office over renewing my liscence online as I live in a rural area and don't have transportation to get to the office, so my liscence is expired by a few days. After this child has me pull my liscence from my wallet she rips the 12 pack out of my cart, very rudely, and tells me she can not sell me the beer. A blind person could tell I was over 21. Now I know the law in Tennessee, as ridiculous as it is, says all people must be carded, but I never get ID'd because the other places have these wonderful tools called eyes and common sense. If this isn't elder abuse, I don't know what is.

      I ordered a Canon camera online on the Walmart website. The total cost was above 1200 dollars. The order was confirmed by email, then in the same minute, I received another email to cancel it, and it let me know my credit card would be refunded but that could take up to 10 business days. I went back online and chatted with someone who said this was simply for fraud protection for large purchases, but that I should wait 2 hours and place the order again and it would be fixed. I did that, and this time, the order was confirmed the same day, then cancelled a few hours later. Still no reason why it's cancelled. When I called Walmart service, they said they would escalate it to another level of support and that I will get an email tomorrow about it and then I can place my order again. My credit card was refunded from the first order, but is still debited from the 2nd order. I don't understand why they operate this way. This seems like a very bad way to do business. And why charge my credit card if the order is going to be cancelled almost immediately? It seems like fraud to me.

      Extremely Disappointed and Unsafe Practices
      I went to the Walmart Auto Center on December 8th to have a dangerous tire replaced, as it was balding and had a ball. I made it clear to the technicians which tire needed replacement. After leaving my car with them for five hours (2 PM to 7 PM), I was charged for a new tire and a warranty, trusting the work was completed correctly.
      Today, I was involved in an accident and discovered the tire I specifically asked to be replaced was never changed—it was the same old, unsafe tire! This negligence not only cost me time and money but also put my safety, and the safety of others on the road, at serious risk.
      This level of carelessness is unacceptable. If I pay for a service, I expect it to be done right. The fact that your team let me leave with a hazardous tire after charging me for a replacement is beyond unprofessional—it’s outright dangerous.
      I would NOT recommend this auto center to anyone. If you care about your vehicle or safety, take your business elsewhere.

      Because a delivery driver couldn’t be bothered to deliver my Christmas items to the correct address I didn’t get a Christmas. Walmart didn’t care and felt it was okay because I would get my money back and the “incident had been documented”

      Went to the same walmart I have for over 20 years to pick up a few items. Went to the self checkout and the employee Chris allowed two men to skip the line. When I asked why I was brushed off at first so I asked if it was store policy to allow people to cut the line. At which point the employee said in a very rude tone and manner "It's called Spark". I then asked to see a manager and the employee laughed and said go ahead it won't make a difference. I said ok then call them here and the employee refused saying you can go do it yourself at the customer help desk. I went over asked for a manager (kieth) who refused to have the employee talked to or apologize. At which point I informed him I would be contacting corporate. The corporate person helped as best she could and informed me that she would be contacting the management team of the store and someone would contact me in 24-72 hours. She also asked if kieth was a manager or department head because she couldn't find them on the list of management. So either the store is having employees impersonate management or management involved in it and ignoring customers. Either which should be looked into. It has now been 5 or 6 days and I never recieved a phone call. All I asked the manager for was an apology from the employee.

      Horrible to say the least. Wouldn’t send my enemy to get delivery from here. My order has been canceled 5x due to an error with Walmart. Customer service is horrible. You can’t even understand what they’re saying. Maria the representative ref number 2412214-was horrible needs to more classes. Nobody offered to help nor know anything about it. I paid $19.99 for the delivery to be here in an hour and this is the second time that it has been canceled and I called and nobody doesn’t know anything. At this point, you guys need to stop offering this service if you can’t comply with the times you promised.

      I am writing to let let everyone know please be careful when using your bank cards inside of Walmart because there are people working for the company that either they are not being paid enough or something else because this is the second time they have stolen my card information from inside Walmart it happened to me last year around April now they have done it again I have things that is attached to my card and every time I use my card in Walmart It gets stolen. Something should be done about this I am ADVISING ALL CUSTOMERS TO BE CAREFUL.

      Has NO BROCCOLI it.
      Thought it was just a mistake. I love a quick stir. Got another, a small piece of broccoli.
