      I ordered a roasting pan for Thansgiving in November. The item did not arrive on the date it was supposed to. I contacted customer service 2 days after schedueld delivery and they marked the package as lost in transit and refunded my card. Today (12/15) I received a text message informing me that my package had been delivered on 12/10 and if I did not return the item by 12/22, I would be charged floor this item. I never received the package and Walmart.com does not have a photo of delivery on the account. I contacted them wanting them to prevent the charge on my card. The customer service rep said that there was a mistake on their end with the automated system and that on the 22nd I would be charged for the pan and then I could come back to ask for a refund. I voiced my concern why I should be charged for somthing that they made a mistake on and then wait up to 5 business days for my money to re-appear in my account. They said they understood my frustration and they would report this to higher management to fix this issue in the future. They say they can do nothing to fix this but let it charge my card. I highly recvomend that you NEVER buy from Walmart.com because if your item doesn't arrive, sure they will refund you but then you will be charged again a month later and ask for another refund. I'm beyond angry at this point. Such poor service if they can't even fix somthing that the customer service person admitted was a mistake on their end, the customers and up paying for the businesses mistake.

      Two times in the past month they have put charges on my Direct Express card that should have never been put on the card. The first charge for $16.88 was random and there was no reason for it. My debit card had to be shut down and replaced right at the 1st of the month. I decided to give them another chance but they put a pending charge for -$17.32 on a cancelled item. I made a order with 5 items on December 8th 2024,one of the items could not be delivered so they cancelled it. The price was adjusted on the 9th of December 2024. On the 9th of December 2024 they put a pending charge for the cancelled item for -$17.32 and put the date as the 10th of December 2024. Now they're telling me that they have ten days to return that money to my debit card and if I want it done earlier than that would be my financial institutions responsibility. I tried to explain that Direct Express needs to see the amount as +$17.32 in order to do that. They've even admitted to the fact that all of the situation is their fault but keep stating that they have ten days to fix it. I know better because I've worked in retail and know that it could be a very easy fix. Why do they have the right to do these type of things to their customers. I've even been laughed at by several of the people I've talked to and I've talked to them six times. Very frustrating, Beth ******

      Purchased a tire .went on walmarts online sight to look up tire prices and see what tire brand was in stock and prices .The price for the tire I wanted was 49$.to 59$ ,Sight said they had seven in stock .When I arrived at the service center .employee said walmart only had one for 82$ the total for one tire service was 110$ which is crazy for one tire especially when online prices were cheaper
      Walmart has false advertising and it's wrong

      Bait and Switch
      I placed an order for tires for my truck. The system stated they had tires in stock.
      The tires were listed at $155 each.
      I paid for the tires and for installation. 5 hours later, my order was rejected.
      The next day I go online and try again. The system showed a higher number of tires in stock. I called the store to verify the tires were in stock. I ordered and paid for the tires, paid for installation, made an appointment for the installation. Once again, the order was rejected.
      I called the store to verify the tires were in stock again. Yes, they have them in stock.
      I go to place the order again and the price has jumped $30 per tire.
      Funny....This time the order went through and they're making an extra $120. Walmart will not honor the lower price even though it is their own system's malfunction that prevented the order from going through at the lower price.

      Walmart uses bait and switch tactics on online orders. Your pick up tomorrow order will become out of stock and must ship to you, as soon as you pay. They have your money, and you can't get it back for 10 days.

      I purchased a large outdoor trampoline from Walmart.com. It broke after 4 uses so I initiated a return. Walmart.com gave me a barcode and told me to return it to my nearest store. I did this and was given a receipt and told my money would be refunded within 10 days. It's been 6 months and I still have not received my money back.

      Terrible customer service. Package was lost in transit so I contacted CS and was provided a refund and credit for the inconvenience. Sounds great! At this point I had already orderd and received the items I had to order AGAIN with the $10 voucher. Then the lost in transit package magically arrives 12/4 and Walmart sends me an email 12/8 asking for their product back or they are going to charge me. I no longer have a box to support the return AND the label that was inluded in the email to retun the items to avoid being charged was experiencing "a technical issue". Called Walmart CS and the agent straight up lied to me about a return label I received. He said he canceled it and was rattling off about a refund. The agent was not following the conversation at all and provided no solutions, but how could one offer a solution to a problem they do not understand. I had to hang up and call back THREE TIMES to finally be connected to a supervisor that actually understood the problem. After over 2 hours of this nightmare I still do not know if my issue was resolved as their billing dept is closed on the weekends. Order from Walmart.com at you're own risk. Top two WORST customer service depts I have ever encountered. Billion dollar company. Can't even send a proper label and they have the nerve to threaten loyal customers with charging them against their will. The hourly wages paid to all 4 agents that made the pathetic attempt to help me exceeded the value of the actual product and nit to mention the time out of my life that I will never get back.

      Today, I visited Walmart, excited to purchase an item that was on display. However, I was told to come back on Monday because they had put it out early and wouldn't sell it! ??
      No signage to indicate this on the floor, just a letdown. How can a store display items and then not honor the price or sale of the item?
      This behavior is simply unacceptable! ??
      To add insult to injury, the manager didn't even come over to address the issue. Talk about lacking customer service and ownership of their mistakes!

      I placed an order for delivery with Walmart on 12/03/24. The order was scheduled for 12/04/24 between 5p and 7p. I am still waiting for delivery three days later. I have asked them to at least cancel the order so I may shop elsewhere. The order is $300+. I either need the order delivered or if they would cancel, I could shop elsewhere. They will not cancel the order. I have spoken with Walmart online customer support, and I get nothing. I tried calling the store, but they do not answer their phones. I am a disabled senior, and I need the items. Please help me.
