    I ordered 2 items on April 14, 2025, received a confirmation on my order. Money taken out on my card and here it is May 12 th 2025 and not received yet.left emails and phone messages and no one has answered any of my requests. I thought this was a legitimate company, the least you could do is respond to your customers as to what is going on.

    This should be ZERO STARS!! I was charged right away and NEVER received my order. I called and emailed, but no response. DO NOT deal with this shop.

    I am a repeat customer.
    Previous orders, from a few years ago, arrived promptly.
    I placed an order on 12-1-24 and as of 2-18-25 I have not received my order or a refund.
    I have sent several emails enquiring about my order, with no response.

    I placed an order on Nov.16, 2024 in the amount of $36.92. The company took the money from my debit card immediately, but as of today the merchandise has not been shipped. I have sent them three emails and made one phone call but have gotten no response from them. I would like to receive my merchandise or have my money refunded. I did tell them that I would be contacting the BBB. I hope you can help to get this matter resolved.

    I placed a gift order on June 29 2024 and one order for myself. Nothing was received I called 3 times and left messages but no one called me back and wrote to them but no response. I now I believe I was scammed for about 40.00

    I ordered $82.67 worth of items from Roses and Teacup's website on 11/25/23. My card was charged immediately. I received a confirmation email the same day. On 12/1/23, I received a second email confirmation with an order number. After a few weeks, I had not recvied anything. I emailed Roses and Teacups about my order but didn't recive a response. A few days later, I called Roses and Teacups and was transferred to customer service, but no one answered. I left a message, but they didn't return my call. I have emailed and called multiple times since then, and have never recived a single response. It is now late February of 2024 and I have not received my items or heard from Roses and Teacups at all. Cleary, I will not be doing business with them again and discourage anyone else from doing businsess with Roses and Teacups.

    I put in an order on Dec. 31, 2023 and my credit card was immediately charged. The shipping fees were high, but since some of the items I purchased were for a birthday gift I thought the items would arrive quickly and it was worth it. The order never arrived
    I like supporting small businesses and also like Victorian items so I was happy to place an order.
    None of my calls have been returned and emails have not been answered except for one stating the order was soon to ship. I have not received any update for a week now. I wish I had read company reviews before I placed my order. I have been swindled.

    I ordered 2 card handkerchiefs on Oct.13, 2023
    I paid them $35.93 from my debit card.
    I have called left messages and emailed them with no response.
    I will not be doing business with them ever again.
