    Very disappointed with the service,. Ordered something on on 10th October, there was no update on the order, set 2 emails on 17 and 30 October, enquiring where and when order would be received, NO RESPONSE. Called several times no one answers finally I left voice message, BUT STILL NO RESPONSE. Received a msg yesterday saying order almost ready! And today notification that the order will likely be delivered on Monday 13 November. Too late for what I needed it. So Yes very disappointed, will not be using them again. Don’t feel like leaving any stars for such service.

    i placed an order on May 1, 2023 in the amount of $221.00
    To date, I have not received my items and although I have emailed them several times asking for an update on my order, I have received no response.
    I paid with PayPal and the payment went through the same day that the order was placed.
    I need to know what to do to get the items I ordered or otherwise get my money refunded.

    I placed and order for cards from Roses and Teacups. The charges immediately went through on my CC but a month later I still had not receiving my cards. I left three messages without response. I opened a complaint through my payment source. Suddenly, Roses and Teacups did reach out to me and immediately corrected the issue.
