5 starsI found the U-Pack experience to be wonderful! It was a big move - Montana to Pennsylvania. The person taking my initial request was extremely helpful and reassuring. The dispatchers from Old Dominion on both ends were friendly and I was constantly kept updated. The drivers were the same. Great experience!Review fromKim T

We moved from Texas to Pennsylvania and this company blew me away!! From the initial contact to the last pick up. They were on time for every drop off, worked with us when we couldn’t fit their dolly back into the truck. Sent another truck to come pick it up almost immediately. No delay in dropping off our stuff at the receiving location. Came with another truck to give us a ramp back. Truly great experience.

Wonderful customer service through a very stressful situation moving entire family to a different state. After going through multiple movers who tried to overcharge or not able to get a truck guaranteed for self move I found UPack. They were able to reserve a truck and give me great pricing!! Everything was upfront no surprise charges and drop off and pickups were on time!!! I have and will recommend Upack for any self move you have to make!!U-Pack

AMAZING EXPERIENCE!
From the very first phone interaction to the nice man that picked up our moved, empty trailer we were 100% satisfied. Every person was pleasant and easy to work with. There were no surprises, the process went exactly how we were told it would and I would recommend this service to everyone!
The price was reasonable, the truck showed up to our final destination before the estimated time and I really cant think of a single thing to complain about.
It traveled from Colorado-Texas, took 2 days and not a thing was broken or shifted.

5 starsI moved from a small town in Virginia to Wisconsin, so there weren't a whole lot of options to choose from. But, UPack was pretty solid. They were responsive when I called, and arrived when they said they would. They even sent text message reminders, and send you a moving plan so you know what to do. A tip for other people: you are able to pack a much larger amount of stuff in the truck as long as they are in boxes. If you can get most of your whole house in boxes beforehand and pack them in first, your life will be easier.Review fromJake C

5 starsService dates were around 06/30/2022 to 07/06/2022. Professional service from start to finish. Communication was easy with the administrative staff to setup dates. They were flexible to accommodate for final destination address and dates. Received a call to confirm trailer drop off place and date. Driver responded promptly to pick up the filled trailer. At destination, the trailer reached destination early but they allowed me to schedule a drop off date at my convenience. Driver delivered trailer according to my specifications given the neighborhood and limited traffic space. Driver picked up the empty trailer promptly. 5 starsThis company was very good to work with, they would get back to ma in a timely manner. The trailer was picked up on monday from phoenix and delivered to my house on friday in illinois.
