      I ordered a carport 3 months ago on June 27, 2023. I've tried to contact them and have gotten no response for the last two weeks. They refuse to answer my emails and I have not received a delivery schedule or installation date for my carport.

      I followed the instructions on the back of my purchase agreement and waited 8 weeks for scheduling to call me. I called the company I purchased from when I hadn't heard anything about the installation. The company said they talked to Coast to Coast customer service and were told my order was dropped by scheduling and will now be put in as if I just ordered. How can I have my installation expedited as it will be 9 weeks on Friday from my original order and down payment.

      We are very happy with our NEW garage!
      July 18th we ordered, and by Aug 22nd the building began, and Aug 24th DONE!!!
      Everyone from the sales person, to the scheduling person, to the workers: WOW!
      Everyone working very hard to get the job done! Everyone knowing their part to the project really helped. Everyone willing to email or call, to answer any question we had.

      Put a deposit down 2 month ago They wont call or anything I requested refund and they say no refunds will have scheduling call me still no call I have a feeling I got ripped off stay away from this company I was hit by a tornado and FEMA helped when they find out I can't wait to hear there response

      Put a deposit down on a 30x40 building. Install date kept getting pushed out further and further. They would not even provide an estimate. After 6 months of getting jerked around I asked for a refund. They said I could request one then told me I could not. Several months later they sent an email stating they would refund my deposit. It has been over a year since that email and still no refund. When you call to talk to someone there is no one past the rank of low-level supervisor you can talk to. They will not let you talk to accounts payable or a higher-level manager. Very poor service and will not honor what they say. Also, when they agreed to give me my refund, they said they only mail out checks once a quarter. What kind of business does this. Regardless, several quarters have come and gone and yet still no refund.

      Customer is not the priority!
      6/12/23 - Garage door shaft sheered off
      6/15/23 - Spoke with Chase. She asked for documentation and said that she would submit a repair request.
      6/16/23 - Sent pictures and original building invoice as requested. Response from Chase that documentation received.
      6/19/23 - Left a voice message for callback with status.
      6/20/23 - Left a voice message for callback with status.
      6/21/23 - Spoke with Walter in Customer Service and asked that Chase call me back.
      6/22/23 - Texted Chase with request for status update. Response, "Still being processed."
      6/28/23 - Requested callback via text to Chase.
      6/29/23 - Called Customer Service and left a voice message to please call me back.
      7/7/23 - Called Customer Service and finally got through to Jeanice <sp?>. She told me that the repair was denied 6/19.
      Not only was the repair denied, but I wasted 3-4 weeks trying to get a response from this company. Never received a callback from Chase or anyone else and had to contact the Sales departement for them to track someone down in Customer Service.
      So, be warned. </sp?>

      I paid the deposit on a cover back in March we are now in July and have not been contacted by the company. Local vendor said it would take 6 weeks.when we put our deposit down. We have called the company several times and have gotten no answer on time frame. Vendor has called and cant get an answer either, He now has a number of local customers complaining.

      I put a deposit down for a 30 x 120' shop. I was told to call when the slab was done. On April 10th, 2023, I emailed in asking for installation to be scheduled and the slab was done. Since then I have communicated 7 other times and have not gotten any communication at all. I have used this company before and it was a very smooth process before. Seems like something has gone wrong. We are coming up on 3 months with no call backs or emails. I just want to get my project on the schedule. If we are 2 months out that still works but at this point, I feel like they just took my deposit and don't plan on delivering the product?

      To start this off the sales woman lied repeatedly to my husband about time lines. We had a short one and we knew it was a hard one to navigate. So we went into extensive detail and got repeated assurances that our time frame would be easy to accommodate. Which was a lie.
      The sales woman told us we needed engineered foundation plans. So we payed for them. After she again assured us we would have them inside our timeline. A month later no plans had arrived and no one would talk to us or answer questions. I finally made a big fuss and called 13 times in one day. I left so many voicemails and finally got to speak with Jan and she told us that it’s 11+ weeks for engineered plans. No the 2 weeks the sales woman told us.
      So we wanted to cancel our order. The contract states no refunds if the customer cancels the order. But I insisted they listened to the recordings that they claim they have for quality purposes. I emailed I called and called and finally they said they approved a partial refund. But they were keeping 2%. I assume the recordings proved their saleswoman lied in order to get us to sign.
      Now it’s been a month since being told we are going to get a refund. Yesterday I called and instead of Yolanda or Darla the customer service managers speaking to me themselves. Since they will no longer return my emails.. they had their receptionist tell me they have no clue when I’ll get my refund. And I can’t talk to anyone who can tell me when I’ll get it. And they also won’t give me a full refund because of the contract I signed after being lied to repeatedly.
      They are unorganized and take peoples money with no intention to do any work for them. They did nothing for my family and think they are owed 2% of my hard earned money. Im shocked they are in business. I have not ever gotten a returned call. And they don’t leave messages. I made it clear I live in a remote area with reception that is challenging at times and still.. no voicemails. Just lies claiming they called.
