      I’ve been a customer for over 5 years. I love this boutique. It’s the only place I buy hair and units from. I just purchased a lace frontal wig. It looks great! I’ve only had an issue with one of my orders and their customer service quickly resolved it. The quality of the hair is great. The quality of the wigs are great!

      My hair was misdelivered and missigned at an address that was not mine by FedEx for me and my daughter. We did not receive our hair over $1000 worth combined I called customer service 3x’s due to fed ex stating Kendra’s has to appeal the denied claim and resend us our hair then they will be reimbursed. I was supposed to receive a call from Kendra’s but we have not with no resolution at all. Customer service was not nasty, but she stated to contact FedEx I did 3’xs and they referred me back to the shipper. It will be a month in 3 days with no resolution no hair and no refund.

      I’m on my 3rd install and this hair is EVERYTHING! Fast shipping and I don’t remember why I called but the customer service I received was excellent. 5stars, highly recommend.

      This hair is a nightmare. I spend almost 700 on this hair and I revived the worse bundles, I’m not sure if the quality of her hair changed but this hair is worse than purchasing something from Ali express. I purchased 4 bundles of 24-inch straight and a 22-inch closure. When I tell you this hair is awful. I reached out to customer service they blame it on rinsing the hair with black dye. She told me to wash it, and I did. The hair wouldn’t stop shedding. I sent an email, no response. It’s crazy how regular people spend so much money on hair and revived bad hair and there’s nothing we can do to fix the issues. Now I’m stuck with this hair I can’t wear and Kendra refused to help
