      Rented a course book for my freshman son. The book arrived on time. However, plans changed and had to return it. They accepted and the whole process was smooth as cream. Definitely, will use them for future needs and recommended!

      I ended up not needing the book I ordered. Valorebooks' website was easy to navigate and had clear instructions on how to return the book.

      Best place to rent books online. The books come so quickly and in great shape! Returning is super simple! I had one instance where one of my books wasn't marked as returned in the system, but I emailed them and within an hour I received a follow up email letting me know they looked at my account and had the book in their possession just hadn't marked it received yet. It was great to get a speedy and direct answer without all the go around! I'm graduating at the end of this year but I will continue to rent from them as long as I need to and will be recommending them to anyone else who is attending secondary or graduate school and needs any of those expensive textbooks!

      I would have given 5 starts but had 2 issues. I had a book that had 2 volumes, they both have the same numbers. When looking, there is no option to make the correct volume selection. Also, when I ran into this error when I received my payment email, there was no contact information easily available in the email or on website to contact customer service. I finally found an email after 20 mins of looking, not too efficient for consumers.
