      I recently encountered a slight hiccup with my law school textbooks order, as they were mistakenly delivered to the wrong address. However, the outstanding customer service I received from the company truly impressed me.
      Upon realizing the delivery error, I reached out to their customer service team to address the issue. They acknowledged the mistake, assured me of their commitment to customer satisfaction, and promptly issued a refund for the inconvenience caused.
      It's refreshing to experience such professionalism and courtesy when dealing with customer service. Kudos to the team for turning what could have been a frustrating experience into a positive one through their understanding and proactive approach.

      I placed an order and inadvertently typed the wrong ship to address. Even though the site said I could not change my address I contacted them directly requesting they adjust my address prior to shipping. I received an update indicating the address was changed and I was all set, Excellent Customer Service!!!!!!

      My experience with Valore was as expected. I sold back two books and received my check for the amount and in the time I was told. I also bought two books and received them in a timely manner. My only issue would be that one of the books I received is not at the same standard that I sent my almost new books in as. I am concerned about selling it back (fingers crossed).

      Hello Jenny, thanks for posting your honest review. I have checked into the issue with the books you received. I would like to provide some additional information. When you purchase or rent a textbook on our site, the sellers do list the condition of the book. The book will either be listed as New, Like New, Good, or Acceptable. The books you ordered were listed in Good and Acceptable condition. I hope this information will be helpful should you decide to purchase or rent another textbook. Thank You.

      Awful. If I could give a -5 I would. I never receive books I order. Orders are always cancelled. Emails inquiries get no response. Ordered a book.. of course xcd, a week later book is still on their site. Tried again.. nothing. Not legit business

      Melissa C., Valorebook's Senior Customer Service Agent, was superb in facilitating contact with the original seller ************** and obtaining the information I needed to determine the status of the initial order I had placed with **************, which was "lost" in the mail, and then to obtain the tracking information from Nataraj *****, to whom the original seller reached out to fulfill my replacement order and whose service was excellent. Melissa's prompt replies to my queries and professionalism were very much appreciated.
