      Great experience, found older books hard to find elsewhere for a good price. Delivery was fairly quick. I will definitely buy books from them again

      i got my books for a QUARTER of the price they would’ve been if I them anywhere else, and most of them qualified for few day shipping which i took advantage of. I will definitely be shopping here again when my next semester starts

      I have been well pleased with ValoreBooks. I have had only one issue with ValoreBooks, and that issue was promptly resolved. I will continue to use ValoreBooks because of convenience, affordability, and service.

      The book I rented was great! When it comes to the return, I did run into a few problems on my end but customer service was very helpful and accommodated to benefit me. They were easy to get in contact with and very understanding!

      I had a great experience with the customer service team. The book I ordered that was fulfilled by a 3rd party, arrived damaged. I reached out for a remedy and the vendor did not respond. Valore Books had a clear escalation process and intervened on my behalf. They also clearly shared how they could help refund my money and how to return the item. The refund was promptly handled. Communication from Melissa at Valore as clear and concise. She followed up with me in a timely manner.
      Overall, I was highly satisfied with how I was helped and would recommend them based on their customer service.

      Customer service has been fast and responsive to the few issues I've had.
      Quick response to problems within a few hours.
      Some booksellers aren't always reliable, but I can trust I'll have things sorted out very quickly after I contact Valore's customer service.
