      I love this site, I have had great service with this site. All the books that I had ordered have been in great condition, this is my go to site for books. Most of my books have not been used, and are new, one books had a few folded pages, but the book was brand new and it was a $39.00 book, that I was purchasing for 2.00, you can't bet that. I will be with this site for every.

      Valore Books has great customer service! Unfortunately, my ordered wasn't delivered even though it was marked shipped. After Valore customer service department contacted the third party seller my issue was completed in less than 24 hours! I received a full refund because my book was lost during transit. I will remain a customer due to their quick response to my concern.

      I bought a book from Valore books and the order was to be fulfilled by a third party reseller. The book did not come, even though the reseller stated that it had shipped. The reseller was unresponsive, so I contacted Valore (Melissa), who contacted the reseller on my behalf and had the purchase amount refunded to my card. I guess the reseller was not being completely honest, as the book never did arrive making me believe it never was shipped. Valore did a good job, but should maybe be more choosy about who they partner with.

      AMAZINGLY low prices on used books! Geology is a new hobby of mine, and I was able to get more than 10 great used books for VERY cheap!

      I had a good experience in ordering from ValoreBooks. Their selection of titles online was wonderful, and they had many books in stock that I wasn't able to find elsewhere. Unfortunately, my order was lost in transit so I never received it, however ValoreBooks customer service took note of this, looked into the problem, and issued a full refund as soon as they saw the shipment was taking longer than expected, and did so quickly, efficiently, and with a great deal of professionalism. I wasn't even aware they were looking into the issue until I received an email from James with their customer service explaining what had happened and that they were issuing a refund. This level of customer service is far beyond what I expected, and showed a true care for their customers' experience and a diligence and dedication toward making sure its a good one. All said, I highly recommend ValoreBooks and will, personally, use them again for future book needs.
