      We had a couch scheduled to be delivered on 11/21 between 12:00 pm and 4:00 pm. When the delivery window was missed without a phone call or any sort of correspondence, we called JB Hunt’s customer service call center and the rep tried to contact the local warehouse facility but could not reach anyone and said that the truck may be running late. At 6:00 pm when the delivery still had not arrived we called back and we’re told the same thing. The next morning we called again and the rep still could not reach anyone at the local facility. A few hours later we called again and were told there was an error and the system and our delivery was scheduled but not put on a truck. I understand tech issues happen but expected them to resolve the problem delivering the couch that day however, we were told the delivery could not be made until 10 days later. This is unacceptable.

      JB Hunt delivered a professional fridge and damaged my flooring.after seeing it happen they said they would make a claim although he would not take pictures and later said it never happened and tried to say it was already there. He yelled at me and was very disrespectful while I was on speaker phone which the company I purchased the fridge from. He would not let me call his company to rectify the issue and left. I will never use JB Hunt again and am very disappointed in their dishonesty and the way they treat people. I’ve heard similar stories from other people and will not use them again or any company who works with them. I’ve tried many times to rectify this issue with them and athough they say they will look
      Into resolving things they will not as it’s all about saving money for them and telling customers their case is closed

      Ordered a dryer from Whirlpool on 10/5 because mine broke. Earliest delivery through JB Hunt was 10/27 at 8 am. Got several emails and texts saying delivery was on time. On 10/27 I looked at tracking and the time changed from 8 - 12 to 12-4. Then at 10:30 am I got a text saying delivery could not be made and I had to reschedule. Earliest was 11/1. I called to find out what happened and they said the driver called in sick. I asked if they only had one driver and she said JB Hunt has several drivers and several trucks, but mine called in sick. Can't do anything about it. This company SUCKS!!! I understand people get sick, but have a backup plan. I shouldn't have to wait another 5 days for my dryer after waiting a month.

      Avoid deliveries through JB Hunt at all cost. Their delivery people very negligently damaged my kitchen cabinets. I filed a claim, got 3 quotes to fix it, JB Hunt agreed that it was negligent and then only offered 1/3rd of the lowest bid. I'm on the hook for the other 2/3rds.
      I will absolutely make certain I never accept a delivery through JB Hunt ever again. Unethical company.

      Ordered a range from Lowes and delivery was courtesy of JB Hunt. Got the stove off the truck as they were bringing it in, I asked for the box to be removed to inspect that it was the correct item and not damaged. One of them said that they don't install, I noted that unboxing is part of delivery. They went back to their truck and nearly ran me over leaving the stove on my porch.

      Horrible ! I will definitely avoid purchasing any appliance from the company that delivered with JBH!!
      Each time they call me 3 or 4 hours prior to the scheduled time, and tell me they missed me, and I need to reschedule, LOL, what a horrible company. For example, I have a meeting on Monday morning and unfortunately, JBH only can do delivery on Monday in my area. I scheduled a time window between 12 pm to 2 pm, and they called me at 11 pm during the meeting so I did not pick it up. However, after the meeting, I immediately called them back, but they didn't answer. When I came home by 11:30, only to find that they left a message in my mailbox, which read:"Sorry, we missed you, you have to reschedule".   I am outraged, you know what? this is the THIRD time they did this!!! I have to waste my whole day!! and wait another two weeks!!!

      Beware, especially if you are considering JB Hunt (JBH) for installation of a gas appliance. Whirlpool arranged for JBH to complete the delivery and installation for a gas dryer that I purchased. The JBH crew broke the gas pipe that the dryer's gas hose connects to and left my house without telling me that anything had gone wrong with the installation. I went out for a short time and smelled gas when I returned. PECO sent out a technician who detected gas, noted that the gas pipe for the dryer had been broken below the shut off valve, and shut off gas to my house. I hired a plumbing/heating company to come out and fix the pipe. Both the PECO and plumbing/heating company crews were confident that JBH had broken the gas pipe during the dryer installation, and that JBH must have turned/torqued the gas pipe (instead of holding it steady) when trying to connect the hose that carries gas between the pipe and the dryer. They expressed concern that the JBH crew had no idea how to work with gas, had created a dangerous situation, and should not be installing gas appliances. We had other problems with the JBH delivery and installation process. On the original delivery date, JBH did not show up during the 4-hour window and did not contact me. I notified Whirlpool and rescheduled. On the second date, JBH called about an hour before the start of the 4-hour window to say they would be there in 20 minutes. I told them I couldn't be there early. JBH said they couldn't wait. After I reminded them that I had already wasted a half day waiting for them, they agreed to wait. In addition to breaking the gas pipe, the crew did not install the vent hose correctly. Instead of using a new vent hose (as required by Whirlpool), JBH reused the old foil hose and taped it on rather than securing with a clamp. The hose fell off that day. Whirlpool has been great. I canceled the installation & requested a refund. I also filed a claim with Whirlpool for the cost of repairing the pipe. Never again.

      EMAIL OVERLOAD!! I recieve anywhere from 4-10 emails from this company a day. I have never signed up to be on any of their email thread accounts. Somehow my email address was added to a list somewhere and now my email is getting blasted everyday.
      I've attempted to call and email the people directly sending the messages and they say they have no way of removing me without any other option provided. I've called the main office multiple times and have not been able to get a hold of anyone who can tell me who to talk to or how to remove my email.
      There needs to be some way of having better customer service than this. Some option for the people (agents) sending out the emails to email a specific email at JB Hunt to have an email address removed or something. Do better with your customer service please.

      Horrible company and horrible experience. I would avoid at any cost and avoid any retail store that use this company to deliver/install appliances.

      Terrible Company. Whirlpool had them do the delivery and installation of the microwave and range that I purchased. They dented my existing brand new refrigerator during the installation and were not able to install the microwave successfully. They offered me $50 for a dent on $2,700 brand new refrigerator, which I declined. I also had to go without having a microwave for a week. Some of their installers have no clue. Make sure you check everything before they leave.
