      How are these people still in business? I ordered a new dishwasher and Whirlpool told me the old one would be uninstalled, hauled away and the new one installed. Well this company comes with the new one and tells me that they can't install the new one because the connector for the line won't fit, and they didn't have an adapter and they just left! Not to mention they were supposed to be there between 8 and noon and didn't show up until nearly 5. How does a company not carry adapters or not know what they will need to install a product. So I buy an adaptor and call wait another week to get them to come out. Well, I get another call from these guys telling me that uninstalling the old dishwasher wasn't in there order and if we don't have it uninstalled then they won't put in the new one. Uninstalling it just means unplugging it and disconnecting the water line. This company can't pull a plug?!
      The drivers are rude, the people answering the phones are rude. They just seem completely uninterested in actually doing their jobs.
      I ended up calling Whirlpool to let them know about the TERRIBLE customer service these people have.
      If you guys get a call from this company about a delivery, call the one's you ordered the product from and ask for a different transport company.

      If I could give them zero stars, I would. Worst service ever! Delivered a refrigerator that was scheduled for a Saturday, it was the incorrect color, I refused delivery. Called the warehouse in Romulus, spoke to a snotty girl answering calls. Called again two hours later. First I was told they were too busy to deliver it the next day, then told the appliance wasn't in the warehouse, despite two other people confirming it was there but wrong one was put on truck. I was lied to, given a run around, then told I would be the latest delivery so I would not have to take a day off work for the delivery. LIED to again! They showed up mid-afternoon to deliver. My 90 year old father looked at the fridge, asked if it was the correct color and was told "I don't know, it's the one with her name on it." It was the same refrigerator that had been refused on the 1st delivery. My dad told them not to leave it, as it was not the right one. I called, asked to speak to the delivery guys on the phone. They refused, told my dad "I ain't got time for that, I'm busy!" Did not install the water as promised, did not put the handles on. Basically, dumped the fridge and left. When I got home I found the freezer door has a huge dent in the middle as well. Tried calling the delivery service as I was instructed Saturday, and of course, the call was dropped in the transfer. WORST COMPANY EVER! RUDE, DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER, AND LIES LIES LIES!! If they are delivering, cancel it!

      What I think is that before I order anything I will make sure that this company is not the installers. I purchased a dishwasher that included install and take away and they did not do either. I then had to pay separately for both from a private individual and Whirlpool did not fully compensate me for what I had to pay. Needless to say I am not happy!

      JB Hunt Final Mile scheduled my couch for delivery on 6 different occasions before finally delivering it. Turns out, they didn’t even have the couch at its final destination. The couch was then damaged in transit and had to be replaced. When it was finally delivered, I was texted at 4:30 am the day of delivery. They delivered my couch at 6:30 in the morning when the window didn’t start until 8. It scared my neighbors and is unacceptable timing. While everyone has been kind when I’ve spoken to them, this level of incompetence is ridiculous for a shipping and logistics company.

      another JB Hunt 'special"
      appliance from Whirlpool never arrived- on contacting Whirlpool they indicated carrier requested a redelivery.
      received no phone call or updates- wasted a day off work and have to wait a whole another week !!
      what's especially embarrassing is being a Whirlpool employee having to criticize my own company even though not directly their fault
      I am afraid yet again its a case of you get what you pay for- you pay garbage you get garbage and JB Hunt is garbage

      I was told TWICE that the driver would call me beforehand so that I could be available to accept the delivery. They DID NOT CALL and I missed my delivery. When speaking with a representative on the phone, I was informed that JB Hunt only delivers in my area on ONE day of the week so I'd have to reschedule my deliver for the same day, a week later. That's just absurd. I live in a large city, not some place out in the boonies. Get it together. Call your customers.

      I had purchased Kitchen Aid appliances and this company delivered them. The delivery drivers damaged our newly installed hardwood floors when they drug the refrigerator across the floor. We have deep scratches and indents across the living room and kitchen floors now. They also scratched the floor by dragging the microwave box in circles on the floor. I have dealt with several people at this company trying to file a claim and get our floors fixed, but it has been 5 months now and they have still not fixed our floors. The main claims examiner I had dealt with was Hollis Wigginton. They asked for 2 estimates to fix the damaged floors. Due to the extent of the damage, it will cost about $3,000. Both estimates we had received were close to the same price. After providing this information to Hollis, he then demanded an invoice proving that I had new floors installed and that they cost me $22,000. My question is why does any of this matter? Bottom line is that I had very nice hardwood floors and now they are damaged. I showed them proof of the cost of the floors anyway, but then Hollis Wigginton wanted an itemized breakdown of the costs to repair the floors. I gave him that from the floor guy, but still he has not come through to fix our floors. I'm looking into small claims court or a lawyer to help with this. I can't believe Kitchen Aid would use a company like this with a 1 star average review. Wow!

      I ordered from grandin road.
      JB hunt final mile delivery company .was very rude I requested too wear a mask he refused .very disrespectful I offered unused mask for him to wear .he said he doesn't have too.wear. threatening to return items back .then they started to unpack items outside in the rain. It was the worst I will never order again if there using this company .I also called jB hunt to inform bad experience no one never returned my call .they don't care they only want the money.

      My claim is in the first place against Carmen, from J. B. Hunt from Joliet, IL for being the person who caused me those unpleasant experiences and my disappointment with J. B Hunt company that she misrepresents. Carmen ignored my request for a qualified professional and my absolute refusal to accept a contractor. Carmen impersonated the manager, and at the same time she denied me my right to speak with the real manager. In case Jose R******** was not available or any other J.B.Hunt specialist, she could have contacted me to give me the option to accept the service of a contractor or change the delivery day. Let's also not forget that I was subject to arrogance and inadequate treatment by Carmen. It is clear that Carmen did not preserve nor protected my interest as a customer.
      My second claim is against J. B. Hunt company. I do not blame the contractor for my bad experience or for the damage on the refrigerator, but J.B. Hunt. In order to guarantee that customers can rely on the job WELL done, J.B. Hunt must provide training to both, their workers and the contractors because for customers they both provide service on behalf of J.B Hunt. J.B. Hunt should also equipped the contractor with the same quality tools. The refrigerator damage was because the dolly was not the same J.B. Hunt workers use.
      My third claim is against JB Hunt Customer Service because I called several times, and even asked not to be connected to Carmen anymore and their answer was that only the site at Joliet can solve my problem. Customer service did not try to contact the manager at the site. Carmen at Joliet and J.B. Hunt Customer Service denied me the right to talk to a manager or a supervisor above Carmen.
      I paid $200 to a private technician for the oven and cooktop installation. I want that money back. My husband and I will end up taking two days off from work for just one refrigerator.
