      I ordered 4 cellular top/bottom blinds from Select Blinds. I never received an email saying when I would receive them and they just appeared on my doorstep one day. Two of the blinds were not correct. They made them blackout blinds instead of light filtering. I called customer service and was instructed to send photos of the incorrect blinds. I never heard back so I called a week later and was told that they would send the correct order. And once again, they just appeared on my doorstep about a week later. In the past, I have ordered cellular blinds from Select Blinds and was very happy with the product and the price. But these new ones are made very cheaply and they do not go up and down well. Always very crooked!!! They have changed whoever manufactures them and I will never purchase from Select Blinds again. I guess you get what you pay for and these blinds are an inferior product!

      We received our blinds. Packaging was secure, instructions easy, blinds were installed in less than 20 minutes (including removal of old blinds). Great quality.

      Very satisfied with my purchases. I ordered a larger up and down shade for my living room last year. Came back and ordered three more this year. Love the no drill aspect, works like a charm. Quality is great and the installation is easy for the no drill shades. Will order again if the need arises.

      I just had chane install the 2" ****************************************** for my Milgard windows. The support bracket, which comes with the long blinds, blocks the right sliding sash and stop it from opening because the bracket height is longer than the clearance gap on the top left of the sash frame. You can get away with this if you use only one bracket.

      The head rail of the vertical is 1/2 inch too long. We were unable to installed it . We need a replacement head rail of ***** inches long. I had emailed Select Blind 3 times and called them once. I still have no replacement head rail so far.

      Absolutely LOVE our soft ***** shades with blackout lining and the best part - the remote control! For years our bedroom never saw daylight because it was inconvenient to try and reach the chord/wand (we still had the old fashion mini blinds left from previous owner - I was patiently waiting the right time for an upgrade.) Now, my husband takes the one second to push the button on the way out of the bedroom in the morning. As a bonus we get to see the many deer out the window throughout the day that we could never see before. Looking forward to purchasing the same for our spare room!

      I ordered 7 no drill reverse wound blinds, may 18 2025, all seven were wrong when I received them from ***** June 3rd. After a lengthy process they said they remade them in ******* and shipped them. I received 2 of 7 blinds and month later and they said I received the full order. At this point I have no faith I their process, QA process or ability to make this right. They will not offer a return of my my for their failure to deliver a quality product in a timely fashion or to the order specifications. Currently awaiting decision from their team again. Each time I talk to their call center, they say they will call me in 25 to 48 hours, that never happens. I always have to call them for statuses.
