      i ordered 6 blinds. My order arrived in a timely manner, quality was better than I had expected and installation was a piece of cake. I just placed another larger order yesterday.

      Absolutely LOVE our soft ***** shades with blackout lining and the best part - the remote control! For years our bedroom never saw daylight because it was inconvenient to try and reach the chord/wand (we still had the old fashion mini blinds left from previous owner - I was patiently waiting the right time for an upgrade.) Now, my husband takes the one second to push the button on the way out of the bedroom in the morning. As a bonus we get to see the many deer out the window throughout the day that we could never see before. Looking forward to purchasing the same for our spare room!

      I ordered 7 no drill reverse wound blinds, may 18 2025, all seven were wrong when I received them from ***** June 3rd. After a lengthy process they said they remade them in ******* and shipped them. I received 2 of 7 blinds and month later and they said I received the full order. At this point I have no faith I their process, QA process or ability to make this right. They will not offer a return of my my for their failure to deliver a quality product in a timely fashion or to the order specifications. Currently awaiting decision from their team again. Each time I talk to their call center, they say they will call me in 25 to 48 hours, that never happens. I always have to call them for statuses.

      I received blinds but they're a 1/2" too wide. I had measured with a tape as recommended. I called customer service but I didn't purchase the fit guarantee so now I basically have $180 of garbage sitting in my garage. I was going to order more blinds as a solution for other windows in my home if I liked this set, but I'm hesitant to reorder.

      Blinds were received, were easy to install and they fit perfectly. Select Blinds provides great directions for how to measure. This is my second order with Select Blinds and I am pleased with both.

      I ordered blinds original and purchased additional fit guarantee. It was 4 inches too short my mistake. I called back to say it was too short but the width was okay They kept making it too wide. The first **** put in the remake incorrectly. All the next 3 remakes were never 46 wide. When I called back again today thru wanted to charge me for a whole new order

      After calling their customer service and getting rerouted a couple times to the design consultant she spoke to her supervisor and said they will remake the blind. I havent received it yet but it should be here next week. What is terrible about their customer service is that they seem to be in ***** and no one has English as their primary language except the design consultants. The company also has an awful texting system that does not get shared for days

      For a large custom size light blocking shade you can't beat the price. I was very impressed with the quality of the product and the production time. ***** did botch the delivery but I don't blame Select Blinds and I did get my package eventually.
