      Love the quality of the blinds, got the open and close from both ends. I did notice that the bottom does not pull all the way down to the window sill. Im short about 1/2 inch and when I try to pull it to the sill , it bounces back up a half inch. I feel I measured correctly. Thought maybe it was the function of both ends moving that might have caused this but not sure. I have 4 others from here and they are perfect but also dont have the dual function. Overall, Im very happy!

      These blinds are absolutely beautiful!! They are well made and cost a fraction of what designer blinds run. I've already referred my sister to Select Blinds!!

      Order 2 Honeycomb Cordless Blinds - No Drill - to see how I would like these blinds. Spent a lot of time on phone to be accurate. Easy to go up and I love them. Now, ordered 5 more to complete where I needed blinds. Again, spent lots of time on phone with the agent to get correct. Told agent I had ordered blinds month before and he looked up that order, as I wanted same exact blinds and then gave him new measurements. Blinds came but were not No Drill. I called and spoke to manager ****** Not Easy, and he said he would listen to phone call. Calls back and states I never spoke about No drill. I stated I wanted to listen to phone call also as I know I talked about previous order, which agent looked up, and wanted same exact blinds. He states he will listen to call again. He called back and stated, I listen to full call this time and you did have agent look up previous order. Umm, you didn't listen to full call first time? In the end and aggravation, I finally got my second order. Because of customer service, giving low rating! P.S. also pd $10 for each blind for any issues.

      I ordered 10+ blinds from Select Blinds in 2022. One blind's motor stopped working in April 2025. Since then, weve had several rounds of follow-ups with SelectBlinds regarding the warranty, but the issue remains unresolved after more than two months.The communication is extremely slow each response takes over a week. After finally getting approval to send the blind in for repair, it took nearly a month before we heard anything back. Even after all that waiting, the repaired product still doesn't ******* this point, its incredibly frustrating. The lack of accountability and responsiveness from their warranty service is unacceptable. I expected better support, especially for a high-ticket purchase like this. Would not recommend if you expect reliable customer service or long-term support.

      This has to be one of the most annoying companies, I had to have bought anything from in a long time. It is super difficult to get a order Canceled after the days have doubled the as within how many day they promised to ship within on their website. And when I went back and to cancel the order, they still shipped it. In every email, I've sent to figure out why they still shipped it for the reason that it came way to late, Nobody seems to respond. I'm hoping this review is seen by somebody in selectblinds. And gets my refund sent over and a return label. Because this is very ridiculous.

      Received blinds on time and in good condition (great packaging). Good quality and open/close easily. Mostly easy to install except three brackets (required for wide blinds) sometimes require some effort to get all clipped.

      We ordered 17 blinds on one order and one on another. A decent size order. One of our blinds arrived with the end broken in its shipping package. We reported this to the our sales person, ***** She said we had to talk with customer service. **************** said we had to communicate via text, and had to submit photos and/or videos to prove our item was damaged. We went back and forth with dozens of texts. Sent photos and videos. After days of communication we received a text that exclaimed they were sorry for our trouble and would we please send photos of the damaged item. SO frustrating! We finally got a phone number, they answered and said theyd get back with us. Never heard a word. Sent an email. Got a robot response that said theyd get back with us in 24 hours. Never heard a word. All this got a $113 blind. If they had just said no problem, sorry for the inconvenience, we want to make this right we would have been happy. Instead we have taken hours to deal with this, and have never had any resolution. The WORST company we have ever dealt with in all our construction projects. We would NOT recommend them! Find a different blind company!
