1 starThis place is a scam. I had my phone checked out locally, they didnt match $ so i decided to sell to buybackboss. They said my phone was severely damaged and changed the amount. BEWARE!! Such a bad experience. The phone I sent was flawless and now they're saying the glass of the camera has a small crack, so they reduce the price from $223 to $56. Phone is in their hand and now they can do/say whatever they want. Send the phone and then deal with the price reduction. Not cool.

Immediately after unboxing an order, we place the items in a protective padded sleeve with your order label. This is where it resides until we evaluate the order and then replace it in the same sleeve after it is evaluated.I reviewed your order and can go over the details that caused the price decrease. When reviewing the original order confirmation, it states we would receive an iPhone XS *** that is Factory Unlocked with 64GB of storage and in "Flawless" condition. After evaluating your device, we found the device had a cracked back camera glass which caused the condition to be updated to the "Faulty" condition. Our Flawless condition is used for items that have no cosmetic wear and this is the reason your offer was decreased.We emailed you notating the evaluation results and new offer. Additionally, our management team reached out to you directly to work together to find a satisfactory solution. At the end of the day, you elected to have your order sent back free of charge and we completed that return promptly.
