      I have been using buybackboss for sometime now. I have sold many devices to them. Their prices are fair and they are the only company that I have dealt with that told me the device I sent them is in better condition than what I said and paid me more. Recently they changed one of their options from receiving a check to direct deposit. This is really convenient for me. Great company to do business with.

      I had a flawless experience with BuyBackBoss. I got a very fair price for my iPhone. I was nervous about shipping my phone. But everything went exactly as they described and within the timeframe quoted. They have great proactive communication to keep current on every step in the process. I will sell to them again!

      According to the Buyback Boss website I was to receive $61 for my phone which was in perfect working order when I sent it. They replied and told me there was an issue with the *** card port not reading the *** card. First they offered me $20 for the phone, then $25, then $40. I asked for $50 and they sent it back. Be wary since things can be done to your phone without you knowing it, which they say decreases the value. Now I have a phone that doesn't work which seems real sketchy. I read similar stories under their 1 star reviews.

      I had a chance to work with Buyback boss and their process was very easy and I enjoyed working with them. There are any number of "buy back" companies out there but these guys are different. They are professional, quick to respond, and so easy to work with. I hope I get the chance to work again with them in the near future.

      Easy to work with! I have used them for several phones and now an iPad. Honest and fair - they even paid more than the first estimate! I loved working with them. From the start they are quick to respond and the whole process is so simple.
