I was pretty conservative on the trade-in condition of our devices, and was happily surprised to hear from them via e-mail that I would be receiving a check in excess of my original quote! BUYBACKBOSS IS A SCAM!! STAY AWAY, GO TO ANOTHER COMPANY TO SELL YOUR PHONE!!In a nut shell, I sent them 2 S9+ phones in perfect condition, said would give me a couple hundred dollars, got and email, said both where broken and had ghost images and will give me 40 bucks!!What a piece of garbage company! If I want them back I have to pay them, and I guarantee they will break them to prove a point!Stay away from this SCAM COMPANY, keep your phone or sell them to someone else!!

Hi ****,I can respond here as youve left a review on multiple review sites. Im happy to clarify the details of your order for anyone that *** be reading through. First off, I can assure you we are not a scam and have no intentions of operating as one. You sent in two ******* S9+ devices under the our Mint condition. The Mint condition is for devices that look and operate like new devices, so they cant show any wear or defects. We received your order and upon testing the devices, we found both devices had an LCD defect commonly referred to as ghost image. Ghost image is an LCD burn and appears as faint images of the most commonly viewed screens of the device. These faint images never go away are are burned into the display with pink/red hues. I took a look at your order and when looking at device 1, there is ghost image of the keyboard at the bottom of the screen. So the keyboard is always faintly visible in the background regardless of what the phones screen is displaying. And, device 2 has a ghost image of solitaire cards present at the top of the screen.The ghost image is noticeable enough for us to capture it in a photo. We have attached a photos of each device in your order email chain so you can see what we are seeing. Ghost image is a common LCD issue and is listed as an LCD defect on our site through the order process. Its listed under the Broken condition category on our site which is why your devices were evaluated under the Broken condition category. This is the only reason the devices changed category and offer. The device can remain functional with ghost image present which is probably why this offer and category change was a surprise. Id also like to address your comment - I have to pay to get them returned and I guarantee they will break them just to prove a point. - As I mentioned earlier, we are not a scam and would never break an item in any case.- We have never said you would need to pay for return shipping, we return all orders free of charge if you wish for it to be returned.
