Buyback boss bought my old iPhone. They were professional and honest. When I questioned the rating of my phone, they sent me the pictures of the scratches which backed up their Rating of my phone. I got my payment promptly. I found them Courteous and transparent. I would use them again in a heartbeat to sell my other electronics. And I recommend them to my family and friends. BuyBackBoss offered a very seamless and easy experience. This is my second time working with them and I look forward to working with them again in the future. The only feedback I have for improvement is to improve response times to emails since it took me a while to get a response >2 days or sometimes I would not get a response and had to send a second email, but I understand they are busy as well during the holidays. In addition, I would like to recommend doing direct deposit payments to save time.Overall, I believe they offer fair payments for devices and are relatively straightforward to work with, so I recommend them.Buyback Boss

The entire process was very quick, simple steps to receive a quote and send the item in (pre-paid label) and great communication throughout once the item is received and payment is made. Buyback boss had the highest offer for my iPad and they paid exactly what was offered, no excuses to lower the value of original offer! I will use them again when needed.Buyback Boss

Seamless process of selling a used iPhone. Completed online quote, received offer, sent phone to Buyback Boss via pre-paid **** label, they confirmed it was as stated condition when they received it, received payment (check) in mail. All in all this took about 3 weeks from start to finish as I chose to receive a check payment. Thank you for an enjoyable, no hassle, iPhone selling transaction.Buyback Boss

The company received my device, and the condition of the device corresponded to my initial expectations. The company communicated effectively and ultimately sent a check, which cleared my account. The process was slower than Id hoped, but this all happened around the holidays.Buyback Boss

Let me start by saying that this is very much a legit operation if you had any doubts. My experience with them overall was very good, and I received the agreed-upon payment for my trade-in, which was better than the offers by all other competitors. The only thing I would say is that if youre in a hurry, you might look elsewhere for your trade-in. This is still a very small business so things can move slowly. Its great because customer service is very attentive, bug processing can take 2-4 weeks depending on how busy the season is (especially around the holidays). Cash payments are only made by check so having to wait for it to arrive in the mail also adds to the timeline. I would definitely use Buyback Boss again for a device trade, but I would plan for the process to take a while. If you need the money urgently, this might not be the best choice.Buyback Boss

I've sold several pieces of electronic gear through Buyback Boss and always found them to offer the most money of any such service. For my most recent sale of my iPhone 12 Pro they rated the phone flawless and paid me more than I was expecting. They also are very good about communicating.
