They were absolutely wonderful! It can sometimes feel sketchy working with companies like this, as you have no idea if they'll actually pay out when you send them the product, and l've seen countless instances online where people got scammed by other companies fabricating issues. Buyback Boss was attentive and easy to work with, they were very proactive in reaching out by email and giving updates on the process, and paid out and answered all their emails quickly, and made sure I felt supportive through the whole process. I will absolutely use them again next time I sell!Buyback Boss

Buyback boss was fair and honest. Our phone was cracked in the back but still worked. We mailed it in and Buyback boss reached out and said that it wasnt in as bad of shape as we described and they sent us more than originally quoted as a result. We will work with them again.Buyback Boss
