This site is legit. I entered the model number of my phone along with the condition (based on their specifications) and got an immediate quote. Soon after, a representative from the company contacted me to see if I needed any assistance with the mailing process. I had already mailed off the phone by printing a shipping label from their site. Everything was simple. A representative followed up again to let me know that they had received the phone and they would be evaluating it. Shortly thereafter I received the email asking me to select my e-gift card. You have the choice of an e-gift card or other forms of payment. I selected a ******* e-gift card and applied it to my grocery shopping this past weekend. The whole process was easy and I would definitely recommend and use this company over and over again.

Great overall. There was a bit of a delay between delivery of the device and the processing, but communicating with customer service made it quick and painless and was paid as advertised. Definitely recommend.Buyback Boss
