  After a house fire left us devastated, Adams Disaster and Restoration was the bright light in a dark time. They walked us through the entire restoration process, helped with insurance documentation, and were incredibly respectful of our space and belongings. I especially appreciated how they kept us informed every step of the way. Thank you for helping us rebuild, both physically and emotionally.

  Hi, Im *******. When our upstairs bathroom flooded and ruined half the ceiling below, I was overwhelmed. But Adams Disaster and Restoration came in like heroes. They cleaned up, handled mold concerns, and even coordinated with our insurance adjuster. I cant thank them enough.

  Adams disaster and restoration did an amazing job at my cousins place while I was visiting. They had to replace some pipes and dry wall because we had a busted pipe. They did a 10/10 job. I would recommend to anyone in need.

  I recently used a plumbing service for a clogged drain and was extremely satisfied with their service. Scheduling was easy, and they offered a convenient appointment time. The plumber arrived promptly, assessed the situation efficiently, and explained the repair process clearly. He was professional, courteous, and fixed the clog quickly. The price was reasonable, and I appreciated their attention to detail. I highly recommend them for their reliable and efficient service!

  I really appreciate the professionalism from this company. Their communication as well as their quality of work. They helped me pretty quickly with a busted pipe. I would absolutely recommend again.

  Mixed results - they responded immediately and contacted our insurance company that very first night to start the claim process. They showed up for first appoint to complete demo and then no communicaition about the job unless we called them. They promised to follow up with the plumber the next day to coordinate the claim submission and then cut off all communication with the Plumber. Claim was finally approved and check cut for the work, and several weeks passed before aa project manager was scheduled to come out and look at our job. then nothing took place again, except by phone call after I called them for updates. We were promissed work to be completed on our small guest bathroom six weeks later, just before guests were to arrive for Easter. Nothing happened until the Monday before Easter when 8 or so tiles were installed and then several days later, the toilet was installed. Still no vanity replacement or sink, so we asked if they could install a temp sink since the vanity was still not completed (and ******, our project manager could not provide a status). The temp sink was installed (then we received an invoice for $643 for the temp sin and install, but were neven told there would be a change). Their resposne was not to worry because the insurance company would pay for it. We never would have wanted the temp sink (plastic tub with facet) installed if we'd know that there was a change - had assummed after all those weeks with no status update that it would be a free accommodation. AND, the invoice they sent carried a cost of the sink at $463, and it retails at home depo for $168 for the exact same model.We later found out that ***** never got the vanity assigned so the face of our original vanity was still sitting and waiting for work to begin. This all started on February 18th, and her it hs May 9th and the vanity, couner top and Baseboard finally got installed Very dissapointed in the latck of communication and ownershp from this company.
