      ********************** had water damage to our house. We called Adams on the advice of ***********. We couldn't be happier with Adams. From start to finish they were professional and courteous. they kept us appraised of what was happening with our project. The work was completed in a timely manner, and the price was very reasonable. Definitely would use Adams again and highly recommend.

      ***** sent a superb crew to do our project! **** and **** -- and **** helping on two of the days -- were impressively competent. They worked with skill and efficiency to restore ceiling, walls, and shelves. They took problems and difficulties in stride and made everything work out very well. And all their proficient service was accompanied by a cheerful kindness that was heartwarming.***** and his crew are a credit to your good company. These men did a work Adams D&R can be proud of, and for which we are most grateful!

      I needed immediate help for my mold problem, Adams ********************************************* provided same day help and did a great job. I havent had any problems since. I recommend this company to anyone needing help with mold mitigation!

      Adams Disaster and Restoration *** deserve ZERO stars. We were charged $1,500 in cash for an inspection on water damage from Adams D&R - ********************************** The specialists came out, cut part of the drywall and confirmed there was water damage, covered it with plastic and tape. That was all they did and charged us $1,500.00. We paid cash and was given a receipt reflecting the cash charge of $1,500.00 and paid in full with $0 balance. They took over a week to give us a report of their findings. The office forwarded us the invoice of $500.00. The receipt we were given for proof of payment did not match the receipt they have on file. It was altered after they left. The associates changed the "1" on $1,500 to a "$". Their associates took advantage of us, overcharged and now the office manager stating that we are lying about paying $1,500 in cash. They have refused to help any further or refund us. We have pictures and documents proving their dishonesty. If they are scamming us this way, I don't know how many other people are victim to this treatment. Their associates in the field are overcharging and altering documents before returning to the office. The office is not taking any responsibility of their associates and putting the blame on the customer. My suggestion is to go with another company and do not pay in cash.
