  What I learned, and you should know, before signing a contract with Adams D&R.-Adams reserves the right to NOT provide any written documentation communicating schedule, tasks, timelines, or completion dates for a project.-Adams is content with providing sub-par results and are unwilling to validate the work they or their sub-contractors complete meet basic manufacturer or industry standards.-Adams is comfortable with providing inaccurate or blatantly false information to their customer, their customers insurance company, the ** ROC and the ** Attorney Generals office.-Adams is unwilling or unable to provide any financial documentation or tracking of project spend and adherence to an estimate.-Adams is physically unable to perform basic construction tasks such as leveling and laying LVP flooring and centering/leveling islands and countertops AVOID ADAMS *********************************************** AT ALL COST

  I had a leak in my upstairs laundry room, they hooked up the dehumidifier incorrectly causing it to leak water all over the floor. I caal 2x explaining this and no one listened. They would just come in and turn it on again. The downstairs dehumidifier was turned off and put in hall after demo crew came. It sat there for 2 days (which I got charged for), when asked why not on the worker said I was supposed to reattach everything. Um no, if I break it, I buy it. My cabinets are all damaged from the demo, they were supposed to be reinstalled. My front yard is a mess, carpet is filthy, tile filthy. After the dehumidifier was finally fixed in the laundry room it was in there for 2 weeks. I had to call them to remove to. Dry out is 3 to 4 days not weeks. My electric bill looks like it's summer

  I experienced a flood at my house and Adams came out quickly, dried it and demoed what was necessary. They were informative from start to finish. Especially during this hectic time of experiencing all of this all the technicians were also very kind. Im so glad to have Adams help me through this process! I would 100% recommend them to anyone.

  Exceptional customer service from start to finish with Adams ********************************************** This review is about a time our kitchen, dining area, and other surrounding areas had flooded, and I had called this company for help. After seeing how well they treat their customers, I can easily give them 5 stars ??????????. I am impressed by how they treated, remedied, & repaired the affected areas of our home. The technicians were quick, efficient, and respectful each time they came. I highly recommend Adams ********************************************* to anyone who would benefit from their services.

  Avoid at all costs. Once they got insurance payment, I have to track them down to try to get the job finished conveniently every time I call, the supervisor is in a meeting and doesnt return my calls. Work that was done was shoddily put back together. Lousy company, find anyone and theyll be better.

  my water heater burst and flooded my entire house, Adams was able to dry it and demo it within a few days. The rebuild also came pretty quick as well. The rebuild crew that was here did the job efficiently and effectively. I would recommend them to anyone I come across

  Wish I knew. They come quick. Set up shop with little to no info. They communicate poorly and dont take notes on how many times you call or what you call about. They waste time. Inflate your bill 100%. Stay far far far far away or have legal counsel with ya you will need it

  Dont go with this company. This company is an scammer. They told us they would do the job and contact the insurance for us. But they f*** up the insurance and now the insurance declined to cover. They start to avoiding contact me for 2 months then they give me an invoice for couple thousand dollars for just come in and check and contact the insurance, which they have never tell us it would be this much for them to just come out and check on the situation. They scammed me. Let this be a warning unless you want to spend couple thousand dollars for them to come out and looks the situation and not doing anything. They trapped their customers and threatened me if I dont pay, they would take action against me
